I love corn and pepper but not when they mix together.

=>Yogurt, Syrup, Ice Cream Mix:
Do what the name tells you. Mix the yogurt and ice cream, then top with syrup. You can add candy, sugar, fruits, etc. for variation.
=>Not plain rice:
Basicly its not plain rice. (I think plain rice is digutsing) Here are some examples tp help you out (Don't worry, I've tested all of them and I like them):
>Sweet and Sour Rice - Mix vinager and sugar. Pour it on rice.
>Golden Rice - Just add soy sauce untill it appears slightly yellow.
>Rice Breakfast - Add milk and suger into the rice
