I am just a boring person, no story here.

I love science fiction which is why I tried to make my character look like that but it's kinda hard if your poor. I also like horror, especially blood and guts, and action and I am also interested by cyberpunk. Any comments on my avatar would be appreciated.

But now I got a gun so that makes it all better!!! You are just jealous.

Now time for the ramble....
Well I have one of the most uninteresting lives. I still don't know what I want to be when I "grow up". I spend most of my waking moments watching TV or listening to music. Although if I get the chance I'll play video games. If I can't do any of those for whatever reason I stare and think. Occasionally I'll write, which I love to do. Unfortunately most people have trouble understanding my writing because writing has always been my worst subject. (you are probably thinking at this moment 'that explains a lot') So at this rate when I grow up I'll still live at my parents house with no job biggrin (I blame my mother for that one, I know I shouldn't but I do)
Yes, my life has been pretty pointless.

Assumptions people tend to make about me:

They think I am an idiot...
Just because I act like an idiot doesn't mean I actually am one. In fact, when I was little I took an IQ test and scored 114. It wasn't one of those Internet IQ tests either, it was the actual thing. Now that I am an adult I wonder what I'll score.
And I am kinda socially retarded. So I have learned to enjoy acting like an idiot. It's fun, you should try it sometimes.

They think I am artistic...
I have no clue where this one came from. Just because I occasionally sketch or write stories in my head doesn't mean I am artistic. It is not something that is going to make an impact in my career choice. If anything I want to go into psychology but people think I won't be able to handle it which brings me to my last thing.

They think I am too weak, innocent, naive, sweet, delicate........(you get the point)
This is the one that bother me the most(I don't really mind people calling me an idiot). The main reason it bothers me is because often people won't let me do stuff because they think I won't be able to handle it. They tell me don't read this book or watch this movie because heaven forbid I should hear the F bomb or be exposed to sex references. Oh yeah, did I mention I am over 18? And they still find the need to protect me even though I could be their legal guardian. And the worst part is I listen to them. But then later I will watch or read whatever it was and find out I enjoy it.

So to sum it up, just because I look like an idiotic, artistic 14 year old doesn't mean I am one. razz
