Grace's Past Part 4
This is where is gets good!
"MARRIAGE!?!!?!? YOUR KIDDING FATHER! IT WAS ONE KISS! ONE NIGHT AND NOW YOUR TALKING MARRIAGE!!!!!" Grace was outraged at her father's bluntness. The ball was over and Ren was off in the room he was staying in for a few days. James had pulled Grace aside to speak with her and Grace just found out why now.
"Be reasonable Grace! You like him and he is a smart and handsome boy its for the good of the kingdom!"
"All you ever talk about is whats good for the kingdom! What about whats good for me!? What if I want to go out and find love on my own with out your help!?"
"Tch... Like you could find anyone to love a spoiled brat like you in this galaxy... or the next for that case."
"Shut up Shadow this doesn't concern you! Father honestly you don't intend to marry me off with out telling me about it first! I'm 15! Only 15!"
"You will do as your told when your told you spoiled little child!"
Grace had tears forming in her eyes. Grace pushed past James and ran up the long stairs to her room.... only to trip on the top step and fall. Shadow sneered as he watched her act like a total idiot.
"honestly your name doesn't suite you." Ren was standing infront of the crying, fallen Grace. He lifted her off the ground and placed her back on her feet.
"sniffles* You... you.. you!!! Gah!!!" Grace pushed past Ren and ran up another flight of stairs and into her room crying as she went.
"Was it something I said?" Ren stared after Grace confused and startled.
