Personality: XXX is polite to the point of absurdity. There is no other way to put it. He will say please and thank you if you insult him and use his manners fastidiously at all times. He is utterly urbane and will feel great chagrin should he ever fail in being anything but gracious and poised. Manners matter according to xxx. They are more important than rank or color. They are what holds society together and without them the world will be in ruin. It can be hard to know what is going on inside this dragon’s head because of this. His thoughts and opinions are kept close and private. He is very secretive in many ways. If he doesn’t need to share, if he doesn’t want to share, if it won’t gain him anything to share (or even if it might), he will not share. Information is treated as more precious than metal.

But XXX is also always watching, paying attention, and noticing things. He is astute and shrewd, considering many angles and possibilities before acting. You can’t pull the wool over this dragon’s eyes, or so he likes to believe.

He can be stern in his polite way. In many ways xxx is uncompromising and strict. While he doesn’t expect anyone to be as polite as him, he does feel that one should at least try. But it goes beyond that. His ways are the best ways, after all he is only there to help. You will be this way, you will do this thing, and most importantly is rider will behave properly. Dauntless and difficult to intimidate, xxx will not back down easily. He is nearly fearless of others opinions of him and unafraid of a challenge. There is a difference he believes between being polite and being a doormat. It is possible to politely refuse or rebutte things.

And yet, ask XXX to commit to a single path, a single dragon, a single idea, and he will baulk. He needs options, to be able to go down any possibility if needed, to be free to change his mind! This is not a dragon that will settle down in a nice relationship with a lovely dragon easily. Thankfully he has no desire to climb rank as that would likely require commitment to a single path. He wouldn’t mind being a hero though and that could be accomplished spontaneously.

Why Me? Allmor needs guidance, and xxx is here to provide. If Allamor struggle to be polite at times, xxx will gladly help smooth things over. The ideals of good in others is a marvelous belief to hold, but xxx will make sure that Allamor isn’t taken advantage of if xxx can help it. The romantic and trusting nature of Allamor needs tempering to avoid him being so trusting, but maybe it will allow xxx to open up a little too. The idea of adventures intrigues xxx and he is keen to see where this leads. Together they will save the world, one polite moment at a time.

Personality: DRAGONTH is a confident and intuitive dragon. Though he means well in everything that he does, he can sometimes come across as a bit controlling or overeager in his desire to help others forget their problems. He has a good sense of humour, but needs to be taught about limits and boundaries before he accidentally hurts someone with his teasing. DRAGONTH sees Mari’s insecurities. Sees them and accepts them—but why does Marinel care so much about their thoughts, anyway? He should be more concerned with his thoughts. Despite the determination to shove Marinel's worries about his peers aside, he understands the connection between he and his brother. He doesn't encourage it but he does not damper that relationship.

Should he notice concerns in his rider he will quell them with reminders that none of that matters. Convincing someone of their greatness can be a daunting task. He's up for the challenge! He is stubborn and will not fail to encourage those he feels needs it. He encourages his rider to work hard, to show some responsibility! This is not exclusive to his rider. DRAGONTH feels everyone needs someone in their corner, at least sometimes. This dragon will act like he’s the glue that holds the Weyr together if need be. He is loving to most he meets but especially to Marinel's companions.

This encouragement sometimes gets to his head. He knows his rider is great--and so is he! He considers himself merely set in his ways, rather than stubborn. His disputes with others while few, are irrefutable in his mind.

The only thing that matches his confidence is his curiosity. This trait will get him into trouble! He wants to know everything! Why did Blankth do it that way? It would have gone much better if Blankth had listened to DRAGONTH’s suggestions. While his corrections are never meant to harm, he can appear controlling. He hopes to learn the Why of others’ behavior and is intrigued by differences between them. He responds well to constructive criticism from older, more experienced dragons but not from his peers. He knows better. He meant to do that! He was putting an artistic flair on that glide.

Unfortunately this confidence can fall into overdrive. DRAGONTH is constantly comparing himself to others. He doesn’t find them lacking—but if he were to challenge another to a race and lost, he would think little of it until later. He calculates his next move carefully and reflects on how he might improve. He will succeed. There’s no stopping him once he’s decided he needs to excel at something. The problem lays in when he does. He becomes a hapless braggart, speaking often of the time he put into his achievements.

Additional Notes: Once he comes of age, DRAGONTH won't be one to chase every green that rises. [phrasing] When a lady catches his attention he will aim to catch her. Should the threat of loss arise, he becomes angry. If beaten, DRAGONTH will snub the dragon who won the flight, calculating how he may one up that dragon until an opportunity green arises.

Why Me? Marinel may feel he’s been in the shadow of others for turns, but DRAGONTH is ready to show Marinel the greatness he sees within. This dragon knows that if Marinel puts those worries of others’ thoughts out of his head he could develop the fuel to succeed. As soon as he hatched, DRAGONTH saw the buried potential there. He saw the shared stubbornness, love for company and a need to succeed.

DRAGONTH will never dissuade Marinel from participating in pranks, but he won’t encourage it either. He knows his rider can be resourceful, and that can be used in other ways! There are few pranks he can participate in when he hits full grown, large as he is.

While DRAGONTH needs to build boundaries with others, Marinel needs to build boundaries to protect himself. He knew that they would grow and learn from each other. Working together, they are sure to succeed! DRAGONTH sees nothing but smooth sailing ahead. Win after win, they’ve got this.

Personality:
An energetic dragon, straight from the shell, DRAGONTH lives like there is no tomorrow. There is a perceptible air of jubilant urgency about her: in the way she flitters from one place to the next, the way she darts glances from one dragon to another in lessons, or bounces about as her rider prepares her meals or bathes her. It'll take a lot of energy just to keep up with her- which is exactly how DRAGONTH likes it. No sense in dawdling! Time waits for no one!

She is filled with exuberant passion about most things in life: she will give lessons her full attention, take an interest in the hobbies of her fellow dragons (and their humans), and commit herself entirely to being the best possible green she can be. Chatty and sociable, DRAGONTH is a wellspring of never-ending questions- and may become quite bothersome to those less socially inclined. She is filled with bubbly charm and a curiosity for the world around her that never seems to be satisfied. Nothing in her life is done at less than one hundred percent: it would take grave sickness or injury to break her cheerful joie-de-vivre.

Despite being charming and sweet, DRAGONTH can be surprisingly mercurial at times. Her moods may flicker and change when confronted with trials that her stubborn optimism cannot overcome. She likes to meddle with situations so outcomes suit her better- and will become rather grumpy when they don't. What do you mean- she has to wait for the bigger dragons to have their turn first? She wants to go now! Without her rider’s firm hand and guidance, DRAGONTH may develop a sense of entitlement and become both spoiled and capricious. Growing up, there will be many a tug-of-war of emotions, or compromises that cause the green to become snippy or snarky with those around her. These fickle turns are usually short-lived, especially as she matures- to be eclipsed by her natural sunniness.

DRAGONTH lives her life spontaneously and enthusiastically, but this goes hand-in-hand with impulsivity too. It will take her a long time to develop the maturity and foresight to make clever, logical decisions, and until such time she is a rash and overeager dragon. She cannot see the danger lurking in the shadows of her choices, and risk is not a word she properly understands in a real life context. Her rider will have her work cut out for her, as safety and caution must be drilled into DRAGONTH’S unwary mind lest she endanger her clutchmates or wingmates.

An optimistic, extraverted creature, DRAGONTH is the type of dragon who yearns to brighten a room with her mere presence. Her grudges are short-lived: everything is easily forgiven and forgotten with a laugh, after all. She expects others to treat her in a similar manner, and has little consideration for the impact of her words. Subtlety and carefulness are not things DRAGONTH can make a claim to being- though her rider may try and teach her how to approach others differently: a lesson she’ll learn better as she grows.

She is an ambitious creature, driven by a desire to lead the Weyr into an era of glory and plenty. Unfortunately she does not have the diplomatic tact to carry out her plans well: she can be quite dismissive of genuine concerns others might have if they do not align with her (rather naive) worldview. If folks don't fit into her sunshine-and-rainbows schemes, well… she doesn't really want to know. Sorry. It's not you… well, yes, it is. DRAGONTH won’t spare anyone's feelings: she always speaks her mind, as she believes that is the fastest way to achieve what you want or need. Honesty can be a valuable asset; but her tactlessness can almost be painful.

She loves with all the depths of her hearts, but may tire quickly of company if they are not stimulating enough. It'll take a dragon with keen wit, smooth charm and a strong desire to take charge to tame her, and she'll lead her favourites in games or chases to see how well they match up against her expectations. DRAGONTH loves her family dearly- but her role models are the greens who have risen to power in the Weyr ranks: Treth, Zinath, Savaceth, and Eosphoth to name a few… truly- they know exactly how to get things done, despite, or perhaps thanks to, their verdant hides!

Physical Attributes:
A slightly-smaller-than-average green, DRAGONTH will always seem rather slender and doe-like in build, much to her dismay. She longs to be a muscular, stocky dragon like some of her bigger, more solid brethren, and will seek them out for muscle-building tips and body-sculpting regimes (if Teth were more muscular, he would basically be her idol). Despite the aggressive amounts of physical activity and exercise she does, DRAGONTH will always look quite soft and lean. On the plus side, it does lend her a rather feminine, graceful air- which she secretly loves.

Of note, her tail is disproportionately longer than the norm, which she will need to learn to master if she doesn’t want to trip or hurt anyone accidentally.

Additional Notes: DRAGONTH may take a little while to settle down: but once she’s fallen in love, it will take a lot to break her hearts. She’s as trying as she is true!

Her mindvoice tends to get a little more shrill when she becomes moodier, and the cadence of her speech speeds up when faced with problems that her sunny disposition cannot fix.

Why Me?
DRAGONTH embodies the passion Kel is afraid of expressing. She is strength and courage where Kel, shaped by others, has become a passive instrument for the desires of those very people- and it is high time to break that cycle! DRAGONTH and Keleres are well-matched, complementing each other in weaknesses and strengths. Kel is deeply intuitive, able to read social situations and wear any mask that might advance their cause; DRAGONTH has ambition, and can see a future beyond the limits that other people have set upon Keleres- but her failure to communicate well might be her downfall, without Keleres’ counsel.

Keleres will never be lonely or melancholic again, with DRAGONTH’s insatiable curiosity and cheer. Though DRAGONTH may be fickle and prone to tantrums, Keleres is steady, able to guide and nurture as necessary. The impulsivity is tempered by Keleres’ in-built cautiousness, the two striking a balance between trying something different or not trying at all. There is a great deal of potential in their bond for outstanding accomplishments- as well as plenty of personal chaos. Kel’s world may about to be turned upside down by DRAGONTH.

Personality: When the going gets tough, XXX is ready to knock back. Steady as they come, she thrives in an atmosphere of chaos. Let the others lose their heads! XXX will take the reins and pull everybody through to the end! As far as she's concerned, she was born right where she's going to be needed, just you wait and see. But don't mistake her certainty for ego - she's going to earn every bragging right she comes into.

Unfortunately, her confidence will lead her to push herself too hard and too close to serious harm - and hurt feelings. XXX'll think she can take a bigger hit than she can or that a scrap with her siblings will be smoothed over once they've taken the time to see that she is right. What do you mean that isn't in ten minutes? She will assume things ready to wheedle at again in no time at all and will be inclined to not give things time to heal - both in relationships and in physical wounds. XXX's logic is solid - but there is a touch more to life than logic.

Once XXX gets started on something, she will see it to the end - chores, work, drills, that way she wants to be able to turn on a dime, making someone understand her point of view, that clump of thread she wants to flame. She won't see that other clump of Thread coming to hit her, or that the person she's trying to talk to is in the middle of something else and doesn't have time for her, or that she really needs to rest. While a good work ethic is commendable, she will forget the rest of the world in what needs to be done. It will be unfortunately up to whoever XXX bonds to to see her leave things be.

Physical Attributes: Long and lean, with broad wing-shoulders, XXX has quite the profile with an almost flat head and long headknobs that seem to 'swoop' ever so slightly.

Additional Notes: XXX will rise a twice a year and usually focus in on a favored suitor rather quickly - much to the neglect of the others who may try to vie for it later. Should she find a dragon that she'd fancy as her own, all others need not apply.

XXX's tunnelvision and tendency to push herself will often make her forget meals as they become her responsibility, and then she'll have a tendency to gorge herself once she remembers. If her rider doesn't want a stomachache they best remind her to eat!

Egg: Swirled Orange Egg - This egg seems to have found something very interesting and may not even realize you're even there.

Why Me? Aerden! How could you be expendable? XXX needs you and she needs you now! Nobody else was even an option to her - her perfect little soldier boy need never fear when XXX will take charge and always be his commanding officer! He will have to use his kinder ways to help her not grate nerves and his ability to hold back and observe means Aerden will always see the big picture when this little lady starts honing in on the details. XXX will see Aerden through battle of Thread, so please see her through the battle of playing nice!

Personality: BABYTH lives for social interactions. Her preference is for other dragons, but she enjoys the company of firelizards too, particularly those bonded to her rider. Even the odd human will do if no one else is available. It’s far too easy for this dragon to get lonely, and if that’s the case, she’ll go seek out new company.

For a dragon, BABYTH is particularly chatty. She loves to talk. She loves to hear herself talk, and she’ll be known to carry on one-sided conversations with firelizards if there’s no one else around. If anyone even pretends to be listening, BABYTH will be happy to talk their ear off.

All of her talking will lead to this green being unusually articulate. She’s very good with expressing her ideas, thoughts, and feelings to others. BABYTH is always ready to pick up new words as well; which can sometimes be difficult when she’s the one always talking.

One thing this green Does Not Like is to be shushed or told to be quiet. BABYTH will talk when she wants to talk! She gets irascible when someone tries to quiet her. It will be difficult for her to be silent and listen to others, particularly when someone is giving directions.

BABYTH is a sweetheart. Some may say too sweet, she’ll give you a toothache. This green wants to be friends with everyone, even the grumpy ones. It is terminally hard to discourage this green. BABYTH will always be willing to lend a wing to anyone, dragon, human, or flitter who needs one.

One of the few times BABYTH isn’t talking is when she’s going to the extreme. This green is a definite adrenaline junkie. She loves to speed race or participate in extreme aerobatics. Once she starts flying, BABYTH will be a terror in the skies. She is always looking for a bigger and better thrill.

BABYTH is a goal getter. She sets her sights on her target and then does her best to reach it. She is a steady green, and even if it takes a while she still stay the course to see her goal completed. It can be tremendously difficult to call her off of a target and it will be up to her rider to get her to stand down when things start getting dangerous. She will push herself during threadfall and need to be reminded to rest every now and then.

When she is given a task, this green is very much an over-achiever. You want one hour flight training? She’ll give you two! BABYTH always strives for 120% in whatever duties she’s given. This green will definitely give it her all to go above and beyond.

Physical Attributes: BABYTH is a sleek green with long wings, great for aerial maneuverability. She does best with short bursts of high energy, as her stamina isn’t the best.

Additional Notes: She might flirt before or during flights, but there will only ever be one blue for her, Solouth. Belonging to L'saen, Rinis' weyrmate.

Egg: Gold Threaded Crimson Egg- When touched, this egg is simply bursting with things to tell you, so you’d better listen!

Why Me? BABYTH knew she’d found the perfect party match in Rinis. These two girls both share a love for parties and social get-togethers. While Rinis might find herself inarticulate at moments, BABYTH can certainly more than make up for it. They both have a sense of duty, and Rinis will need to make sure BABYTH doesn’t get carried away in hers. BABYTH’s goal getting may rub off on the young woman and jolt her out of simply accepting the status-quo.

Personality: Together, the world is their oyster! ??? is more than happy to buy into Kyzier's optimism regarding their future. She is ambitious, with a sharp edge to her. While certainly not ruthless, she's prepared to make necessary sacrifices to get to the top. That said, she has a big heart, and loves easily. She doesn't want to HURT anyone to get to the top, unless they're rude and mean (obviously), so these are mostly self-sacrifices. Her ambitious nature is extreme, and she is willing to work hard and fight for what she wants. She knows she can lead others well--so why shouldn't she fight for the position? She enjoys being in control of situations, and trusts herself and Kyzier more than anyone else, when it comes to doing things right.

She is an empowered dragon, believing in her own inner and outer strengths. Confident, but not quite conceited, she is comfortable in her own skin and rarely worries about others' opinions of her. That said, she can be rather judgmental, and is quick to jump to conclusions. She is surprisingly cynical, believing in the worst in society as a whole. Individuals can be good, and she's going to love fiercely and strongly, but she's very aware that people, and society, can be cruel. Perhaps this is why she rarely takes things personally, and often judges moodiness to be someone's general disposition. ??? forms opinions quickly and easily, be they about people or something else, and is loud about what she believes and why. To anyone who will listen, she shares her thoughts. The flip side is that she can be quite passionate--in loving, in working, and in playing. She makes time for leisure activities, of course, and enjoys listening to Kyzier's music quite a bit.

"Curious" is a word to describe her. ??? likes learning things. She wants to know how and why things work. Unfortunately, she's also nosy, interested in meddling in everyone's business. A bit of a gossiper, but with good intentions, she likes to know what's going on with everyone at the Weyr. She's a bit of a matchmaker as well, and enjoys pushing people to confess their true feelings, and things like that. In general, she's a romantic creature, who is prone to dramatic displays of affection--collecting flowers for a lover, for example. She loves deeply and often dreams about falling in love. ??? is resilient, so despite occasionally crushing on someone who isn't interested, she is able to move on with her life easily.

??? is fiery and fierce, with a bold attitude that stands out. She refuses to bow to others, and those who act entitled cause her to bristle. That said, she is respectful enough--she just hates when others talk down to her or mistreat her, and will definitely speak up for herself. Assertive, to be sure, she doesn't let herself be put down or harmed.

While ??? can be rough around the edges--a little uncouth and certainly fierce--she is nonetheless a loving creature. She cares deeply for others, and will always be fond of her siblings, even if she knows they are not necessarily...going to be "good" dragons. That's okay. She'll still love them, albeit in a somewhat complex way, should they be cruel. She's rude in some ways, and can be crude, but she doesn't tolerate meanness or cruelty. Standing up for yourself is great! But don't be a bully. ??? is quick to stand up for others, with a protective streak a mile wide. In fact, she can be a bit...involved in others' business, too. Meddling, invasive, and nosy--but well-meaning--she often advises others or butts in when she shouldn't. Sometimes, people don't want her help, and this is foreign to her. She's definitely the sort to want to help others, and because she trusts her own capabilities more than theirs, she feels as though it's her responsibility to help them. She enjoys being in control of situations--especially those that pertain to her--and can be a bit bossy. What she sees as good leadership qualities, others often see as negative ones. Sure, she can take charge, but she's not always supposed to, and sure, she can keep others motivated and hold them accountable, but isn't she a bit demanding? She expects the best from others, even though she doubts their capabilities. Certainly a good leader (??? herself) would make them more capable, right?

Quick to anger and quick to forgive, ???'s moods are a bit mercurial. She hates certain things and behaviors, and will not hesitate to tell someone off, but seems to forgive them easily, so long as they're not a repeat offender. Prone to giving second, third, and fourth chances, ??? is nonetheless capable of maintaining a limit on things that are important to her.

Despite being a green dragon, one of her defining character traits is that she's motherly. Fierce, tough-love motherly, but motherly nonetheless. It's a shame she'll never have children of her own, but it doesn't stop her from trying to mother just about everyone. She'll be a nag, and will say things such as "Don't talk back to me" and "Pay attention!" She may use...somewhat rude language and names, but she desperately desires to mother dragons from clutching to...forever, really.

Physical Attributes: ??? is not the giant creature Kyzier longed for--nor is she shiny. She is, in fact, quite small, though at least she's not the smallest green ever. Kyzier will quickly need to reconsider their "bigger is better" perspective! While her facial features are surprisingly dainty and regal, her body verges on bulky. Twenty feet in length, maybe, but that's twenty feet of pure muscle. She's strong and powerful, without any evident fat or wasted space. Even more, ??? holds herself with power and strength, each movement precise and decisive. She is quite physically capable for her size, and her flights will be slightly longer than one would expect.

Additional Notes: ??? regrets the fact that she is not a queen for one reason and one reason alone: babies! She wants desperately to be a mother, and will settle for "mothering" any young weyrlings she takes a liking to. Equal parts mentor, mother, and matron, she will take a "tough love" type of relationship with these weyrlings, and will model much of her "mothering" after hold-esque human relations. Even if it's a bit weird (you'd better not judge her). She will settle for mothering humans, as well--little odd things, so incapable at birth, but won't Kyzier go make one of those little cuties for her? She won't push them, of course, but she is gleeful at seeing any young creature of any sort.

She is panromantic. When she rises, she only picks males, however, as if hoping that somehow she will magically clutch. Magically. She's happy to chase other greens, however, and can be extremely romantic. She believes in the power of greens, the strength of the largest fighting force, and will never cease encouraging her green sisters.

Keen and quick-witted, ??? seems to have a knack for betweening. Her between accuracy will be strong, and she will master visual exercises easily as a weyrling. As an adult, it will be her strongest ability in threadfall, but is by no means so exceptional as to win her any awards.

Egg: The Wildfire Egg - This moderately large egg boasts a smokey gray shell, with flame-like markings licking the surface. This egg has a strong personality, and can be a bit forceful and judgmental.

Why Me? Kyzier still has room for advancement, even with a green, at Western Weyr, and ??? is happy to lead them into a place of power! (And Kyzier had better not complain about that--not that they would!) She loves her dearest bonded for their fire and determination, and matches them every step of the way, albeit with a more mature outlook. Kyzier needs to grow up a bit, have a bit more maturity, with less of that innocence/naivety/general silliness. ??? knows how the world REALLY runs, and she'll guide Kyzier to navigate that.

Filled with their own opinions, Kyzier may occasionally clash with their bonded, but the pair will always be good-natured about it. There will be power struggles and irritation, but eventually, even that will fade away, as they grow more comfortable in the bond. Regardless, they will be as close as any rider and their dragon; they just often feel friction. It isn't because they're too different--rather that they're too similar.

Still, Kyzier has the edge and curiosity that ??? seeks. Ambition and drive are vital, and ??? would have no other candidate to be her rider!

Personality: Often quiet, DRAGONTH speaks up when he knows he’s got something to say. He is genuine and when he speaks it is more often than not meaningful, deeply so. This doesn’t mean he cannot engage in small talk, but rather that he’ll choose his words carefully because they are important. Someone once told him that words are tools, used for ill or for good, but weighty none-the-less.

Speaking of weight he is well aware of the weight he carries- his reason for being, to be a thread fighter and always at his rider’s side. He firmly believes in working smarter not harder whenever possible, even if this means overthinking things before getting started. He has a dislike of mundane labor for the sake of being busy, but is willing to throw his back into the proverbial “it” should it be necessary. He doesn't like getting dirty and often asks to be taken for a swim, or a bath if possible perchance.


He is at his heart a very honest and caring dragon. He wants deep down to please those around him, a trait which can sometimes lead to trouble when things are in conflict or make him appear potentially weak in the eyes of other more dominant dragons, especially those of a more traditional bent. That said he can often soothe ruffled feathers or calm a situation by judicious use of his words, charm, and heartfelt nature.

DRAGONTH can seem slow to react, again appearing as weakness, when he is being too cautious and simply weighing all the options- especially when trying to please someone. Or he’s over thinking things and lost in his own thoughts as he’s let the worry get him spiraling.

Physical Attributes: Definitely under average for a Bronze but is more lean muscle for longer distances and higher stamina


Additional Notes: Not only does he love to swim, but he adores a good bath- at least twice a seven day, more if he can finagle it. Thus his rider needs to be vigilant about oiling him as he is prone to being dryer with the frequent washings.

Why Me? DRAGONTH desires to be special to someone. Not just every day special but life changing special. As long as it wouldn’t be too much of a bother of course. And his Chosen was here, and ready for change and clearly seeking that deep bond even though he was scared. DRAGONTH admires that determination, vulnerability and tenacity- true strength. His partner has chosen to make a massive change and together...Surely they would be a winning team!
