Remembering the beamtube he carried with him, Deimos grabbed it, squeezing it until he felt his strength rejuvenate. He started forward, striking the helmsman hard in the head as he slid on past it across the smooth flooring. He then darted out of the way as the creature began to retaliate. "It's distracted, hit it now!" He called out to the others as he did his best to dodge incoming shrapnel.

Caiden huffed and puffed as the undead thing finally went down. He held a hand to his side, feeling the bruises and, hopefully not broken bones ache. That one had really hit him around all over the place, it was no wonder too, everyone looked a little worse for wear. "Good job guys." the brownblood said, trying to straighten up and gather back some energy.

It took a long few minutes for Etsali to relax out of her fighting stance. She leaned against the wall once she did, glanced over everyone, and then closed her eyes. Breathe in, breathe out. It had just been another fight, and she could make it the rest of the way. She'd been through worse. Blinking her eyes open, she moved towards the door.

Caiden looked over Etsali. She had such a look of calm, collected-ness, and clarity. The brownblood watched her a little longer, still feeling his plumpbiscuit beating in a painful way in his chest. He just, he just needed to calm down. The brownblood fallowed Etsali's lead, closing his eyes and focusing on himself. Breathe in, breathe out. This was okay, they could do this.

ets advances, no door

Another long hallway, thankfully no shambling corpses to be found. At least, none that she could see yet. There were also no notable doors, however, nothing that screamed 'this is the control room, this is your ticket out of this place'. Maybe that would turn up around the next bend.

God, he felt like he could just crumble into a million pieces. He rubbed at the cut on his head, bringing his hand away to examine the teal blood coating it. Great... he'd need to get that looked at as soon as they returned to the base. The hall that Faithe had taken them down seemed mostly empty, at least until he spotted an open door. "Hey, there's a supply room here." Dei stepped into the room, taking a moment to look around. Maybe there'd be some of those industrial bandages in here...

Caiden felt so much better now after he had taken a moment to clear his head, calm his plumpbiscuit, and see things clearly. The brownblood was relativity collected as he went ahead and looked at what was ahead. The boy pulled out something odd, giving it a look. As he went back to his team he grinned, holding it up. "Hey Guys! Look what i found!"

She would have preferred bandages, even one measly bandaid, over a mystery canister of gas that claimed it could wake a troll from unconsciousness. Who even knew if that stuff was still good? Maybe it had turned to poison over the years. Maybe they'd have to take their chances, at this rate.

Honestly the entire group was looking a little worse for wear at this point. He eyed the gas they'd found, recognizing it from a previous ship he'd been on. "That s**t works nice to give a boost." They'd better... hold onto that. Stiffly, he limped his way toward the next open door. "Oh, boy. We got another fancy door over here." He sighed and leaned against the doorway- Faithe or Hifumi could take care of the door. He just needed to rest a little longer. Were they almost done yet?

Caiden had a more serious look on his face as he faced the next door. It looked a lot more sturdy than the last one. Most doors were rusted, or had obvious wires, switches, and degrading parts that let a troll tell easily if it was trapped. This door has a little of that, but to make matters worse it was also completely intact and sturdy. "This one looks like it has a lot more life in it as compared to the others..." He said with a frown.

Oh now they were talking! This was without a doubt an important door, she could tell by the signs of trapping, even before it was pointed out. Luckily for everyone, she had seen traps like this one a million times. "I'll take care of the potential boom, you take care of the lock, yeah?"

      Maybe it did— And that was why she hadn't been able to unlock it. Vremea groaned inwardly, looking back at her team and realizing Deimos looked just as worn out as before. She shuffled quickly toward him, patting his shoulder again and managing to give him another quick heal. All these heals were truly tiring her out...

Her shoulders were both sore now...

They wait until you have returned to your boarding pod and leave, before steering the ship away.*
2 - Powering on the ship is easy enough, with the instructions from headquarters in your ear. As the screens boot up however, dozens of red warnings and errors flash across the screen. It seems like there has been critical damage to the ship in multiple places. Your team is instructed to leave the small black boxes containing deadly explosives in key positions on your return path to the exit.
3- The ship refuses to power on, even after you follow headquarters instructions to make sure they are plugged in, and hitting ctrl-alt-del. It looks like something core is not functioning. Your team is instructed to leave the small black boxes containing deadly explosives in key positions on your return path to the exit.
4- Powering on the ship is easy enough, with the instructions from headquarters in your ear. The screens show that the ship is functioning perfectly, and headquarters patches in the control of a remote helmsman. They wait until you have returned to your boarding pod and leave, before steering the boarding vessel away.*
If any troll in the party has helmsman authority, they can steer the ship to given coordinates, then return to the boarding vessel with the rest of the team.

Of all the ways to end their trip, it had to be the fighting gerbils. Etsali reached for her artifact and her kunai at the same time before diving in. The faster they killed all these little things, the less time they wouldd have to do damage to the team.
