Leeroi proved to be very adept at taking out zombies. Still, one of them remained. Dei moved forward to take it out, swinging his mace at it's head as it grew within range. He did manage to hit it, but then immediately tripped over another one of the bodies and stumbled into the wall. Great. He sighed, rubbing his forehead where he'd hit it against the wall.

Again, they all went down so quick. Good team, but so few daywalkers. "Was expectin' a challenge after all I heard about these things," he huffed a little. Barely even got to hit anything so far! Only one round of daywalkers.

"Hey, kid, you okay?" He definitely didn't miss out on Deimos hitting his head. The tealblood did seem okay enough. No blood or anything.

"Mm. All these bodies smell bad. Should keep goin', I think. Maybe this way? Dunno how many more halls are left to check, so..."

"It's locked." He didn't see any of the usual indications that it was trapped, thankfully... "Doesn't matter, I think that's the control room over there, yeah?" He pointed down the hall a little ways to an open room. He then looked to Canine, "doors like this usually got some kinda nasty thing behind 'em. 'Least they have in all the ships I been on."

He really did not want to risk running into another slime lusus. No more slime lususes.

Well, when Leeroi said he was going to speedrun this thing, he was committed to it. Though he did stare forlornly at the door that probably held some kind of cool boss, the team could ignore it in favor of finishing up the ship in amazing time. Plus, he had a new gerbil friend to take care of- he couldn't risk getting them hurt in the process!

After receiving the orders from the tower, Leeroi addressed his team. "We'll have to detonate the ship. Take the explosives and put them where you can." He ordered, smiling. "I'll be back, alright?" And with that, Leeroi ran off back the way they came, double checking doors for any gerbils that might get left behind.
