Sᴇᴍʙʟᴀɴᴄᴇ: Phobetor's Shroud
By activating her semblance Lieh can release a pulse from her body that brings out the worst fears and nightmares of those closest to her as solid projections. The illusions are caused by the pulse interacting with the part of the brain that controls fear, causing the victim of the Shroud to fight against their worst fears. In the case that someone has no fear/has conquered their fears the shroud will take shape of something from their nightmares, a dream apparition they created when they sleep. The true form of the Shroud is Lieh's shadow, and if neither of these two conditions are met it will take this form. She can also use the Shroud on herself and bring forth her own nightmares to fight in battles if its ever something she can't handle.
Preferably it's a close range semblance because the closer someone is to Lieh when she activates it the more solid form the nightmare has, but it can be cast to as of right now at almost 300 yards, but the distant projections would be very fragile in comparison to the close range ones. The most she can hold it up for is 45 minutes [4 POSTS] but preferably her safe window for use is 20 minutes [2 POSTS].

Semblance Ability: Projection/Illusion based
The Dust from her weapon can be fused with her semblance projections, giving the nightmares properties according to what dust she uses it with (i.e. using fire dust with the Shroud will produce nightmare projections that would be on fire/have fire bodies.)

Drawbacks: Using it past her limit causes her to fall unconscious for several hours and, according to her, experience “A horrendous nightmare not meant to be seen by any living creature.” She also has to keep herself in a state of absolute mental focus or else it could bounce back on her and cause the same experience, but longer by about a day or two.

Sᴛʀᴇɴɢᴛʜs: Her weapon gives her advantage in long range combat, but her semblance is strongest at close range. She is pretty talented in using stealth maneuvers to battle and get around. She relies on her speed rather than physical strength in battle.

Wᴇᴀᴋɴᴇssᴇs: Close melee combat is her weakest skill which is why she uses her weapon and semblance to keep people away. Overall she has very low physical strength so hand to hand combat is not really a good option for her and if in a fight without her weapon she would most likely lose if not for her semblance.

Wᴇᴀᴘᴏɴ: Petrel Nyx

It is a Duel Blade Disc Apparatus (DBDA) weapon. Most of the time it is resting in it's compact mode. Compact form is usually worn by Lieh over her ears while they are latched onto her headband, creating the illusion that she is wearing headphones.

Weapon Melee Form: Chakram Mode is Petrel Nyx's fully expanded handheld form. Each compact disc is taken in each hand and they "unwind" into four bladed chakram rings. For the most part they are used for close ranged combat but Liethe is able to throw them for long range attacks by unlatching the handle and using it as a type of leash for the bladed part. The blades are able to switch direction- but they will return to their default placement when it deactivates.
User Image

Weapon Ranged Form: Slinger Mode is a mid-range mode that is activated while it is still resting in compact mode. The internal parts re-configure for this stage and create rope like extensions on the blades and then send slashing all around in a frenzy. The red centerpiece is it's core and is the only piece not taken apart for this stage. This stage is good for long range combat and fitting Lieh's personal taste, keeps it hard for her opponents to get close to her with a frenzy of blades "shielding" her at rapid speed.
User Image

Weapon's Ability: Petrel's blades are coated in dust for an extra punch in it's strikes as well as store until activation. The dust is fed through red center piece of the weapon and Lieh can guide it to either all the blades or certain blades by their cords which also act as pipes to carry the dust. In chakram form all blades are fed one dust type at a time, erasing the individual option that it's Slinger Mode has.
While in Chakram Form it can be used to shoot dust ammo by a barrel that is resting in between the blades.

Aʀᴍᴏʀ: Lieh wears very little armor. Her clothes are made out of durable cloth but her only real armor is the collar of her top and her gloves.

Eǫᴜɪᴘᴍᴇɴᴛ: Petrel Nyx, back waist pouch for holding ammo and other necessities, Scroll

Iɴᴠᴇɴᴛᴏʀʏ:
Scroll, bag of dried tomato candy

▅▅OTHER SKILLS▅▅
◆ Her fighting style is similar to the movements of gymnasts and ribbon dancers by encompassing fluid movements and quick strikes.
◆ She's rather good at sewing and armor repair, despite not wearing much on her own person, and isn't against helping others who need some patch ups

Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Lieh is a extremely calm and mellow person, so much she seems stoic. She doesn't take the time with herself to show her feelings to others about how things are or if something bothers her, she just prefers to forget about things and move on rather than deal with the topic at hand. Through this non-caring attitude many see her as someone who doesn't care and wonder why someone like her would become a hunter to protect the people. She does care, she just doesn't feel the need to show it to prove it to others, only through her actions will she do this.
There are very specific things that will make her lose her cool. She suffers from Misophonia, a sensitivity to the small sounds like chewing and loud breathing. She has patience but when these noises appear she will begin to put a lot of effort into not losing her cool. She doesn't want people to think that she's a snob with no feelings, but due to her past and various factors her effort gets rebuffed by her own obstacles. Very few times though she will let her emotions show and even smile.

Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ:
Aᴛ Hᴏᴍᴇ Wɪᴛʜ Fᴀᴍɪʟʏ
Lieh was born and raised in a village within the marshlands of Mistral. The area she grew up in was more or less considered a seedy area where thieves, criminals and other kinds of troublemakers would gather. Luckily her home was across the river and taking the long way to town wasn't too bad for them so they managed to live rather peacefully. However, her father Som didn't go around this area he instead went in and gathered with other shady characters on a regular basis. At the time Lieh didn't know what he was doing, but she saw the stress it was putting on her mother. By the time she was 8 she had begun to get pretty good at understanding that her father was a gambler and swindler, not afraid to rub others the wrong way no matter how intimidating they were. He always told her that he had no fear and luck was on his side, but while he had this "luck" she and her mother would receive all of notices and messages from his "associates" and anyone he had rubbed the wrong way. There would be times when these people would come into their home and cause damage as their message to her father. Lieh tried countless times to talk to her father about stopping his crazed and dangerous behavior, but he wouldn't take a child's word seriously and always took her back home then leave to continue his business. When she was 12 years old her uncle arrived at their home to check on them. At first her mother wasn't sure how he had come at such a time but then Lieh revealed that she called him, knowing that he could help them.

Iɴ Tʜᴇ Dᴀʀᴋ
Even when her Uncle Morpheus moved in there wasn't very much change to their regular day. He did try countless times to avert Som from leaving the house or going to the usual parlors, but the relationship between these two became more and more strained to the point where they would trade punches. Lieh's mother fainted from stress one day after a rock with a threat letter attached was thrown through their window. Morpheus was outraged that Som was putting his sister and niece in such danger with those thugs and he promised to get them out of their and take him back to his home in Vale. Lieh was happy to hear it, but she was worried as to how that would happen. Two days after he had made this promise her father finally came back home from another gambling binge and Morpheus was there to greet him with a punch to the face. Lie had never seen this before, usually her uncle was the calm one. Lieh pulled him back and Som began to yell at him to leave his home. To stop her father from hurting her uncle Lieh admitted she was the one who had called Morpheus there from the very beginning and noted she couldn't rely on Som for anything since he caused all of these problems in the first place. Som was clearly upset, but he finally heard his daughter's feelings and did his best to calm down. It was then that he asked Morpheus for help. Morpheus was a hunter- and Som wasn't too keen on dealing with a Hunter- until now. He explained all of their problems would go away- the scary men, the debts, everything- would all disappear if he pulled this one job, but he would need the help of a hunter in this case. Morpheus didn't want to get involved based on the clear hint that it was involving something illegal, but Som got on his knees and begged for help. Some time passed with them talking more about it and the job sounded straightforward enough: Som owed a lot of money, and he spent almost all of his free time at gambling parlors to just try and get it back, to a few associates of the biggest boss in town, and they took him today and gave him a proposition that would clear all of the debts owed. He just had to retrieve a shipment of theirs that was lost in the swamp, but Grimm haunt the deeper parts of the swamp and without a hunter Som was sure to be killed if he went in on his own. Morpheus was relieved to know it wasn't completely illegal, but still didn't sound right to him. In the end his feelings for his family clouded over and he agreed to help Som, but on the condition that Som pack up and come with him to Vale to get away for good.
The night her father was set to go to the swamp Lieh stayed home with her ill mother while they left to meet the boss at the swamp's edge. What none of them realized was that Lieh and her mother were kidnapped and taken along to the meeting place to be kept as "insurance" in case Som failed. He and Morpheus were ready to fight them in order to get the girls back, but her mother woke up from her long sleep. She began to scream and panic and fought out of her restrains then ran off into the swamp. Morpheus ran after her and Som took the chance to fight the men to get Lieh back. Instead of accepting his embrace she struggled to break free to try and help find her mother, but Som told her it was dangerous. Lieh didn't care and told him that he didn't care about them and he was a selfish slug. His shock from her outburst gave her room to wiggle from his grip and ran into the swamp. Now in the dark of the swamp she called out for her mother and uncle but no one was answering back. She started hearing someone screaming and she knew it had to be her mother considering the state she was in when she ran off. She ran in the direction but fell in fear of a gigantic alligator like Grimm. She was frozen in fright, especially when she saw some of her mother's dress in it's teeth. She passed out from fright and everything went dark, the last thing she saw being the Grimm.

Nᴏ Lᴏɴɢᴇʀ ᴀ Nɪɢʜᴛᴍᴀʀᴇ
Lieh woke up a whole day after the events in the swamp. At first in a daze she came to and her uncle had to calm her down as he explained what had happened. According to him he had lost her mother in the swamp and was cornered by various Grimm. He worked his way through them and found Lieh passed out by a tree. Morpheus was able to kill the Alligator shaped Grimm, but besides the ripped clothing he could find no signs of Pasithea. Lieh was incredibly sad, and she felt even more when her father was arrested along with the other men. After all the horrible things she said to him during this long ordeal and now he was stuck in prison. Morpheus took her to his home and became her legal guardian, but she was still showing signs of trauma from the event. She showed a strong fear of even going outside or to school, she had become numb. Morpheus became worried, and despite his own grief he knew that Lieh was hurting just as much and they needed to help each other through this. Morpheus made the decision to train Lieh as a Huntress in order to try and help her conquer her fear of Grimm. She refused in the beginning, locking herself in her room and hiding from him whenever he approached her on the idea. Way before this entire mess had occurred Lieh was actually intrigued by the career of a hunter, but to see the real danger they would be in turned it off for her. Morpheus decided to try a new tactic and help her with meditation to try and calm herself. She agreed to this method at least and it seemed to be doing the trick, she even got to the outside porch after 6 months. Morpheus presented a gift to her a year after the incident. At first it looked like a headset and he placed it over her ears. He told with these Grimm and anything else dangerous would never come near her again. She touched them and they expanded, making her realize it was a hunter weapon. Morpheus explained that living in fear was just as bad as giving up on life all together and that the Grimm wanted that, but as hunters they could fight the fear so that they can live in their dreams instead of their nightmares. While still scared Lieh knew what his words meant. She agreed to give it a shot, but if anything happened like before she was out. Morpheus told her being a hunter was a commitment, not something that could be left at the drop of a hat.

The Li in her name is taken from the word Livid, a word to describe anger but is also a name to a bluish-purplish gray color. Her last name is greek for Dreams and was the title given to the sons/brothers to Hypnos the God of Sleep in Greek myth. Her entire name is pronounced as LEE. To add to the connection in Greek myth her name is meant to sound similar to Lethe as in the River Lethe that ran through the underworld.
Her weapon is worn as a headset when deactivated. Due to not liking small annoying noises it helps by muffling them out, but it actually does not work as a headset so she can just pretend she's listening to music.

Lieh felt herself not able to breath again when Onyxia came in for another hug. Either this girl was just really strong or Lieh was just a noodle. She doesn't like actually fighting with her hands, so she's basically ignored training herself well in hand to hand combat, hopefully that wouldn't be a problem she would feel somehow annoyed if she had to use it now- or learn it...Onyxia talked about them being on a team. She hadn't really thought about the whole team thing at all. Though now that the girl had mentioned it the thought would probably be there for a while. The only person she knew, as far as she could recall, was Onyx. Back home she wasn't much of a "team player", but it couldn't be helped teams were a thing in secondary combat schools she couldn't avoid it. She shrugged after thinking it through and answered, "I don't think it works that way Ony." She hated to crush the girl's hope, but it would be a lot harder than that to do it. She immediately claimed how close she was to making that mile long shot, and whether or not it was just her friend's sheer confidence on the subject, Lieh let her lips turn up in a small but sly smirk,"We'll just see about that." Lord when was the last time she smiled- or turn her expression into anything for that matter? Well it was only a brief window for the smirk disappeared as the voice over the intercom rang out to announce their arrival finally. She returned to her blank expression and stood up from Onyxia and stretched back. She hadn't moved the entire trip so she was feeling a little stiff. She picked up her bag from under the chair and rested the strap over her shoulder, "We better go before they leave."No way they would do that but she thought it would maybe make a good joke- or an attempt at one.
