You/your character walks into an abandoned building and...

It's dark and quiet, smells musty, you think you saw a rat dart by and then suddenly you go into a coughing fit.
You find a broken vial on the ground detailing an experimental lethal virus. You must have caught the disease.
You realize you will die if you don't find a cure. What do you do?
