Name: Se’lune M'aidez Lune -french for moon, her wings are luna moth wings Selûne - Fictional goddess in DND, goddess of light, the moon, stars, navigation, navigators m'aidez -French for "Help Me" Originally the french version of "SOS" Alias: Lunara Zediam
Blood colour: Green #1D4A1B
Gender: Female
Symbol: The Symbol for Fairy Type in Pokemon
Profile:
Se'lune was raised by a charitable and self sacrificing parent. It's lead her to believe that charity is a strength, anybody who does not share must be weak. Having to rely on others and objects just to keep yourself alive? Pathetic. The greenblood finds any troll that has to accept charity a disgrace, even more so if they themselves cannot return the favor. She aims to emulate her lusus, and will go out of her way to serve others needs. She does this publicly; she wants others, especially her mother, to think that she is the most generous, caring troll alive, because she is. If someone else wants to try and challenge her on this fact, Selune is not afraid to use underhanded tactics to make herself out to be more giving and charitable than others, should they pose a threat.
While Se'lune says she doesn't need material wealth to be happy, secretly she wants those things for herself. She hates her mother’s charity, thinking her mother must love others more than the lusus loves her own troll. Nevertheless Se’lune projects an ascetic facade, and in secret she hoards and collects things. She has a collection of her favorite games, gifts from others and small treasures she has found throughout the swamp. She knows this is hypocritical, but she believes that her charity gives her the right to collect things. Se'lune believes in giving freely, she also believes in taking freely.
Selune gives away so much, she uses that to justify her actions when she steals. She does limit herself, and only takes a thing if it is being unused and forgotten. If she sees someone who needs something of hers, or would appreciate some old thing she has more than she does, she willingly gives it away. It would be in a better home with someone who loves it, just as all her stolen little treasures are.
If someone does something nice for her, she will do something even nicer for them. It’s a game of one-upmanship. When she does something nice for someone, she expects them to pay her back. She expects them to feel guilty for taking her time and attention, and will subtly push them to feel that way. Then she can do even bigger favors for them, thus making them all the more indebted to her. The main issue, is that if someone did something for you, your are obligated to do something for them. The balance of give and take in a relationship is more of a tool than a method of how the girl makes friends. She can have a friend who is very indebted to her, and in fact she goes out of her way to ensure her friends are indebted to her, and although she may judge them, she is never a troll that will turn away company.
Trolls that don't follow her implied code of honor, the "if i give, you give back," are dirt in Se'lune's eyes. When her mother is not present, the greenblood makes an effort to tell these lowlifes what they are doing wrong. Selune focuses on informing them that their way of life is wrong, and that they should feel ashamed and guilty for it. If they do, then she has more trolls indebted to her, if not, well they are lowlife scum, so who cares? Either way, she wants them to become something decent enough for her to tie connections to, for current or future gain.
Se’lune’s sense of honor is strongly shown in how she deals and expects others to deal with promises and favors. Breaking a promise is a huge insult, even if the other troll is untrustworthy. The greenblood expects others to follow through and keep their promises, no matter what. Cheating in games, and cheating in real life are all very serious issues to Selune, and she makes sure others know how dishonorable they are acting.
Selune has found a special interest in beautiful and rare rocks. It lets her horde something, lets her feel like she has control over some portion of her possessions, without being outwardly greedy. No one needs rocks, they are just pretty and fun, so there is no point in giving them away, right? Or so she tells herself. Selune enjoys making jewelry out of her rock treasures, and maybe someday, when mother is more lenient, she will get to wear them.
Selune loves her wings. They are like jewelry she does not have to hide or give away, and it makes her a more powerful troll. As with how she feels stronger trolls should do, she gives and helps more because of her wings. She is special, others need to feel special sometimes, so she pities them, and gives them attention. They will only get to feel special because of her, making her feel like she has a firmer grasp on her life by giving away this special feeling as she sees fit.
Se'lune enjoys going out and meeting people. Talk, complements, and verbal niceties are much easier for the greenblood to give away. Why be possessive of something that is free? It makes her feel in control, and good about herself to give compliments and comments. Besides, then they get to say nice things about her, and that is the best. When Se’lune does go out, she enjoys learning about new games. Card games, board games, and if she had the equipment she would play videogames. Games bring people together, especially games of chance and luck, where no one really has an upper edge. There are only so many games that can survive the damp, musky nature of the swamp. Thus, the greenblood’s selection only has the hardiest of games. She spends time thinking up more elaborate and durable games to play with her other swamp friends, and loves feedback. As of yet, Se'lune has not encountered a reason for going out of her way to do something, should it not as well bring her some sort of reward. Why expend energy that does not give her some sort of compensation, or at least joy.
Being a rebel, Se'lune grew up without the pressures of the hemospectrum. She thinks of it more as a fairy tale about how some poor trolls are taught to live. As a rebel, she is equal to all her peers. Only a troll’s accomplishments and achievements make one better than others. When out in that strange world where trolls believe in a hierarchy of blood colors, Se'lune will aim her charity at those supposedly at the bottom of the hemospectrum. It's with pity that the greenblood does this. She pities both their beliefs and their inability to be self sufficient. She thinks highbloods should take advantage of their higher class and be more giving, but otherwise sees no difference between a redblooded troll or a purpleblooded troll.
Strengths: Honorable:
bringing or worthy of honor Selune honors promises. She will keep her word, even if she is upset with the other party. If someone made a promise, Selune will keep them to it. She is not above reminding them, and trying to help them keep their word. She herself gives her all in a promise. This is her main code of contact, if someone does something for her, she is honor bound to do equal if not more for them. She expects the same from others.
Outgoing:
friendly and socially confident Selune doesn't like feeling like she does not fit in. She makes an effort to greet others, make friends, and initiate social activities. Part of this is her frustration with her lusus, who is far more of an introvert, preferring to avoid large gatherings. She also likes to make her charitable nature well known to others, giving gifts as greetings and the like. She wants everyone to know how great and kind she is.
Playful:
giving or expressing pleasure and amusement. Selune loves to play, it’s a little break from her resentment and pride. She enjoys showing affection, but prefers to do it in more indirect ways. Games and playing are a medium she can express herself without fear of her mother’s judgement.
Flaws: Deceitful:
guilty of or involving deceit; deceiving or misleading others Selune acts how her mother wants her to; overly giving, kind, passive and peaceful. Underneath this disguise of a nice happy troll, Selune is festering in anger that her mother just gives both her and Selune’s lives away to others. Selune tries to be like her mother, genuinely kind and giving, but truthfully she hates giving away. Others taking from her when they have plenty themselves? It angers Selune, and she does her best to trap them in guilt.
Judgemental:
having or displaying an excessively critical point of view Being such a giving troll, Se'lune has a nice vantage point with which to judge others by. She goes out of her way to be the picture perfect helpful troll, all the better to make herself better than those around. Se’lune is ruthless in her judgements. Its really her only outlet for her frustrations, and she makes good use of it. Se'lune judges trolls by their attitudes, their charity, their accomplishments, but not their possessions.
Suppressed:
prevent the development, action, or expression of (a feeling, impulse, idea, etc.); restrain Selune does judge herself, her mother, and all those around her. Comparing, contrasting, and feeling envy for others’ situations and lifestyles, but she holds it in. Admitting to feelings other than her happy exterior is just something the troll would never do. She hides these dark feelings, these thoughts that plague her. So far she has managed to keep a lid on it, but for how long.

Weapon: Bow/daggers
Home: Salamire Outpost Se’lune was born in the swamp with the rebels. She has a shack high in the trees where she keeps her special possessions. Her lusus, being a ground animal, cannot get to Selune’s hive to take her frivolous possessions, but instead guilts the troll into giving them up freely. Se'lune’s hive is sparsely furnished, mainly just housing her recooperacoon and other basic necessities.
Lusus Obachan Se’lune’s lusus is a very community driven animal, and takes the well-being of others before both herself and her daughter. The self-sacrificing parent often takes the time to help care for other trolls she feels may be neglected, or just needs some more affection. Obachan believes Se'lune and herself are stronger than their need for material possessions, so she goes out of her way to give to those who have not yet become strong. Or at least, that's what Obachan tells Se'lune. If the greenblooded troll was more attentive and observant, she might notice that Obachan uses charity as more of a self inflicted punishment, supposedly for some long ago sin.
Obachan is a large mammal, who enjoys long baths in the mud, and sometimes fresh waters, of the swamp. Her large hipo-esk body makes her far more clumsy than she would like, witch has not helped the animal's self esteem.
Power: Flight Has wings.

My troll's going through a growth spurt! Trolls Journal:Selune Stage: Kid => Teen Type: Full Custom; something that shows off her wings please. Growth rp:
Akin to how rebels were able to get ID cards from Yamaha Mrengi during the space race meta, ide like Selune to pursue such a thing. She has no real records of being born as she was a swamp kid, and so, in order to help out the rebel agenda, she wants to become a "real" troll. My goal is to have her start a charity fund or pyramid scheme, most likely featuring cosmetics. Inspiration from the Mary Kay pyramid scheme.
