Y2J, Chris Jericho goes one on one with the Gold Medalist here
tonight after they had earned their spots after beating both the
men who are main eventing here tonight, Seth Rollins and Roman
Reigns. Now CM Punk had made the decision a few weeks ago
that these two were going to face each other. Chris Jericho
and Kurt Angle have been ready for their match here tonight,
and we'll see who becomes the number one contender here tonight.
Finn Balor vs. John Cena
Finn Balor opened up a challenge last week, and now we have
John Cena finally returning and accepting the challenge from Finn
Balor. John Cena has requested to be drafted to iMPACT just to
face Finn Balor here tonight, and after this, we'll see how John
Cena does on iMPACT, and we'll also see how Finn does as well
against John Cena. After this, we could see one of these two being
contenders for a championship.
AJ Styles vs. Brock Lesnar
Many of people have been saying that AJ Styles has been
making a mistake accepting the challenge from Brock Lesnar.
But AJ Styles of course will not let any of those comments get
in the way of him facing Brock Lesnar and essentially will
bring him up maybe for a future championship match as well.
Brock Lesnar is a dominant beast that is very different from
AJ Styles, so it'll be interesting to see how AJ Styles copes
with Lesnar here tonight, but it'll also be interesting to see how
Brock copes with AJ.
Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens: 2 out of 3 falls
Sami Zayn faces Kevin Owens after CM Punk himself made
this match here tonight after Sami Zayn had cost the tournament
for Kevin Owens to be in the Universal Championship match
here tonight. Kevin Owens is obviously furious and now he has
his chance to get his revenge here tonight against Sami Zayn in
this huge two out of three falls match here tonight. Sami Zayn
of course, came out that match because weeks before, Kevin
Owens had attacked Sami Zayn as well. Both these men
have something to fight for, but they're gonna fight it out here
tonight.
Paramount Championship Match: Trent vs. Neville (c) vs. Matt Allens (Triple Threat Elimination)
Neville defends the championship against two men here
tonight in the triple threat elimination match, after Matt Allens
requested for a title match after mentioning that he never had
his rematch in the first place. Trent eventually came in, challenging
Matt Allens to let him join the match for the championship.
CM Punk had approved of all of this, and now we come here with
the triple threat elimination, and now Neville is in a match with two
men that are essentially very good friends, but we'll see how
they cooperate here tonight, and we'll see who walks out the champion
after this huge match.
Universal Championship: Aleks Mason vs. Randy Orton
After the huge tournament that was made by CM Punk,
these two meet here in the finals to finally face each other
for the Universal Championship. Aleks Mason beating the likes
of the Undertaker and Dean Ambrose, two very strong wrestlers
in the company, and now all eyes are turned to Aleks Mason to see
if he could beat Randy Orton here tonight. People have been also
talking since Randy Orton only got the win after the distraction
from Sami Zayn, but we'll see if he'll prove himself as a champion
here tonight.
TNW:R Championship: Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns (FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE)
Seth Rollins cashing in his rematch here tonight against his
former brother, Roman Reigns. After Seth Rollins having
one of the longest championship reigns in the company, he
had finally lost his championship against Roman Reigns. Now
he tries to make that match to be known as a fluke, as he tries
to recapture his championship here tonight in the huge Falls
Count Anywhere match that's happening here.
