All aboard the love boat! A cruise to a romantic getaway and a single's paradise!
There will be a single day journey out on the open waters where all of Venus' household has come together to put on the biggest 'on the sea' shindig. Soon after they will dock on the romantic, island paradise where all the lovely Pae journeying with them will get to spend some time in the sun!
We promise you wont get stranded this time!

After a certain... incident... not many would be excited to jump right back on another boat with Venus and her crew, but everyone has been informed that they're sure everything is going to be ok because- they got another boat! It's totally different, brand new, and been checked out. So you're totally ok, right?
With Adonis returning to Venus from death itself, it felt like a good time to do something to rekindle the flame. What a better way than a cruise to a romantic getaway? Oh, and of course, there would have to be a party and a ton of Pae invited! What fun would it be to do so alone with no one to admire you?

Meet Venus' entourage! They have each been given a duty to ensure your travel is a pleasant one!.
Venus' dead, gorgeous fiance! He will be teaching many different classes while on your sea voyage from Zumba to hot yoga. What wonderful exercise! Arrows: his arrows cause a deep desire for the first Pae they see after being hit.
Mischievious God of Love, and Venus' first son, the apple of her eye. As such, he will be manning the boat as the Captain! Arrows: his golden arrows are coated in special love potion that will cause a pae'il to fall in love with the first one they see after being pricked by an arrow.
Anteros was created to give young Eros a playmate. As the second eldest, he's been given the position of First Mate on the ship. Arrows: His lead arrows can cause a pae'il to fall in love, just as Eros' arrows.
Lecherous and very popular with the ladies... and some men, too. Because of his popularity and way with the mortal Pae, he's been given Bartender duty. Arrows: Himeros' golden arrows will cause pae to feel lust for the first pae'il they see after being pricked. They will have strong sexual desires that are not able to resist. NOTE: any pae under the influence of one of his arrows will NOT rape another. It will be like Pepe le Pew, and he just simple won't give up until that lust and desire is sated.
Wistful and lonely, Pothos is cursed to never find true happiness with love. That's probably why he's so awkward, and been put on drink server duty. All he has to do is carry drinks around- no need to talk to anyone at all! Arrows: Pothos' golden arrows will create in a Pae'il a feeling of longing, of yearning for the first Pae they see. This is not love they feel, but an intense infatuation; a crush, but on a pae they cannot ever have. His arrows are a curse, because the pae that is yearned for will never return the love, unless Anteros bonks the effected Pae'il.
Once a handsome young man, Iordanes was transformed into an androgynous god when he merged with a nymph. (the greek kind, not the pae kind.) Iordanes looks like a female, but is a male. He is your certified lifeguard for this journey, so if you're needing some mouth to mouth resuscitation you know who to look for! Arrows: Iordanes' golden arrows are dipped in the cursed waters that he created, and will cause a pae'il to change gender temporarily if pricked.
Hedylogos is the only Erote that is not one of Venus' natural born sons. He was found in her garden one afternoon, and she adopted him and made him one of her Erotes. He just wants everyone to feel good! So find him for a round of craps or blackjack! Arrows: Hedylogos' golden arrows will create in a Pae'il super confidence and wit. He can make any Pae'il a sweet-talker and master of flattery! The effect of his arrows are temporary, and he assumes no responsibility if the pae's sweet-talking gets them slapped.
God of the Wedding Hymn and Ceremony, Hymnaios is also considered a muse of music and will be your evening's entertainment! There has also been a love chapel added on to the ship, so if you and a significant other are ready to the tie the knot it is there for your connivence! Arrows: Hymnaios' golden arrows will cause Pae'il to propose to the first Pae they see.
Psyche isn't part of Venus' Retinue, much to her delight. But she is married to Eros, so she is Venus' daughter-in-law ... Since Eros is captain of the ship, would make sense his own wife would oversee the trip. She's the one to go to for any information pertaining to your journey! Arrows: Psyche's arrows, when two Pae are hit at the same time, make those Pae'il believe they are soulmates.
Thalia is the Goddess of Celebrations, so it was only fitting that she would be the Party Coordinator! The hit or miss or this grand boat party falls on her shoulders! Arrows: Thalia's arrows make Pae'il who are hit at the same time dance with each other.
Euphrosyne is so happy and bubbly, and Venus loves the cheer she spreads! For this particular boat ride, you can receive some cheer from her in the form of some delectable wine! Arrows: Euphrosyne's arrows make Pae'il who are hit at the same time very happy with each other.
Aglaia is the grace of beauty and Venus' prodigy. If you're needing a break from the ship's activities, seek her out for a refreshing facial or a mani pedi! Arrows: Aglaia's arrows make Pae'il think the first person they see is the most beautiful Pae'il they have ever seen.
Kleta & Phaenna are the Spartan goddesses. Who better to protect us from any possible intruders than this pair? Arrows: Kleta's arrows inspire hero worship in two Pae'il hit at the same time to each other. Phaenna's arrows inspires Pae'il to show off to each other, eventually leading to some playful wrestling! Watch out for Himeros.
The Younger Graces are Graces in training. As such, they have been put under the charge of Thalia to help her ensure the party is a big hit! This means if you need anything at all, these lovely ladies will be at your beck and call.
Oh! Harmonia! You've decided to join us? Well, guess we can find you something to do... You know those little chocolates that were left on your beds? Yeah, she did that.

For the Players This is a multi-faceted event, in which there will be chances to win everything from babies of your own, to breeding additives, to perhaps even some other things! Exciting, right?!
You are free to play as many Pae'il as you like (teen and adult only), but understand that your participation is what will earn you prizes so it may be better to focus on a few for a better chance. Remember that all events here are canon and may have consequences for certain Pae depending on their society. Be smart about who you enter. No Naga, Flutters, Fallen, or Tainted are allowed to be signed up. Please don't have your Pae bring their kids. We can not be liable for drownings or psychological distress. FOR SINGLES: The Erotes and Graces have arrows! These will be shot at Pae throughout the event that cause interesting side affects.If you are chosen, you will be quoted so you can react ICly to this change of events. When your Pae is hit by the arrow, you are then welcome to choose who to have your Pae interact with. This does not mean the pair will be up for oops!babies- these are random and not based who you RP with (unless a couple). Being hit by a new arrow will instantly cancel out effects of the prior arrow -- no effects will stack up! Direct hits do not guarantee babies -- this is just for VDay fun!You must post a minimum of four times per Pae'il for that Pae'il to be eligible for any prizes. These posts need to be around 150 words or an "inch" minimum. Any one or two sentence posts will not count. Do not delete your posts. We can see if you do in the logs! Erote arrows are only visible to deities (including Erotes and Graces) and demis. Rules are subject to addition throughout the event. This event will end 02/14/2016.

This is a part of the duty of owning this particular character so please fulfill your part! When you shoot your target, be sure to tag (quote) the player and add the name of the character you are shooting into the quote. Players have a ton of characters involved, so it helps keeps things from getting confusing. Be sure to spread out the love! It's ok if a few shoot off their arrows at the start or if you shoot your target around the time someone else does, but lets not all do it right at the beginning or the end. Iordanes (Hermaphroditus) - He will not only shoot your pae with a love arrow like Eros, but the arrow will cause that pae to change gender for the duration of the party! Hymnaios - His arrows make a pae propose to the first pae they see. Psyche - Her arrows make two pae think they've found their soulmate. Thalia - Her arrows make pae two pae dance with each other. Euphrosyne - Her arrows make two pae super happy towards each other. Aglaia - Her arrows make two pae think the other is the most beautiful in Telrunya. Kleta - Her arrows induce hero worship in two pae for each other. Phaenna - Her arrows cause two pae to show off to each other leading to playful wrestling.

Congratulations! Your reservation has been confirmed for the Love Boat Cruise to Venus' own private island paradise! Please be aware that we will be leaving promptly in the afternoon so be sure to arrive in a timely manner- the ship will not wait for you.
As soon as you have boarded, you and your luggage will be escorted to your own private quarters. Your escort will then go over the important safety rules before releasing you to enjoy your first day of travel! Please feel free to explore to your hearts content and participate in the many activities we have planned while sailing the high seas!

Notes
The fresh water pool on the top deck is open 24/7, but be advise that a Lifeguard may not always be on duty. For any Spa appointments, please book with Aglaia in the Spa Lounge. She will be offering a range of relaxing services such as massages, hair treatments, and mani-pedis. The pouring of the chocolate fountain will happen in the main plaza. Please wear the appropriate attire for getting possibly covered in chocolate. The casino is open all day until the early hours to ensure you get the chance to play. In order to play, bring something to trade and Dylo will get your setup with the appropriate amount of chips. Dinner will be provided each evening in the large dinning hall. The bar will be open through the dinner service and into the early morning.

It was truly a shame she could not escort her Champion to the boat. There was a task for her to accomplish before enjoying the cruse. Hospitality did not just happen on its own, after all. There were Cherubs to put to work. Delegating with her own sense of harmony, the young daughter of Venus did attend to the job given to her. The thought to borrow a sibling's arrow did occur to her, if only to make sure none of her beloved siblings got her this year. Hopefully the dears had better aim. With who the bartender was, that became less likely.
Switching out the alcohol was another idea she played with. A couple ideas to mess with her beloved favorite brother naturally came up. It wouldn't help matters as much as it would cause more headache later. Extra chocolates and flowers for Aglaia was a must. Some how Adonis was missed, shame that.
As satisfied as she could be, the Goddess stood at the ready to greet the brave party goes lucky enough to enjoy her Mother's party. That and look out for her Champion once everyone was settled.
It was that time of the year again, already. Perhaps it was due to the investigation into Adonis' not-death that had made the year go by so quickly. At least there was none of the mandatory dance with a mortal event on this year's itinerary. She had been put on security, a job well suited for her spear. Of course she also had her special bow that she got to bring out once a year in case she wanted to have some fun.
Ever the serious goddess, Kleta made her way to the gangway in order to watch all that boarded the cruise ship. She would pay special attention to their eyes, looking for the influences of Eris. While everyone was invited, technically, she also kept her eyes out for party crashers, nagas in particular. There weren't going to be any hostile takeovers on this ship. Then there was the matter of what pae were bringing on board. Kleta had expectations for what a reasonable amount of luggage was for a trip of this length, any luggage that seemed excessive was subjective to her inspections.
The green goddess found a comfy spot near the gangway where she wasn't standing in the way, yet close enough to inspect everyone. It was almost time for the mortals to begin boarding. She gave a quick glance over the manifest before stuffing it in the bust of her gown.

Caine clicked his claws together nervously. He wasn't sure why he kept coming to these things, but it always sounded like so much fun every time the invitations for them cropped up. Maybe that was why he had decided to go again this year. Or maybe it was the possibility that he'd find the pae of his dreams. What with every pae he'd seen attend a Venus Party hooking up, it seemed like a good chance to him.
The clawed shetani had arrived early, hoping to get the feel of the boat before they set sail. Is that what they called it? He chewed on his lip, pondering that question as he walked up the dock. He waved, smiling, at those who greeted him, not sure he should open his mouth and talk. It seemed to chase off other pae every time he did it. Caine hadn't brought too much luggage with him, in fact, he'd only brought a small bag containing a suit his grandpa had said made him look like the handsome young man he was. If only he could believe that. The clawed guy waved at Kleta, giving her a hesitant smile. He didn't know who she was, just that he'd seen glimpses of her at a distance at other parties. Maybe it was because he attended all of them.

Having invited the naiad of his dreams, Junior was elated as they reached the docks. This seemed like the perfect getaway for them. His mom was making sure Aysel was taken care of and Sommer was off doing whatever Sommer did. A fact that didn't sit too well with Junior, but was something he couldn't change. She was a teenage girl, what could he do? The sunlight glinting off the ocean's waters reminded him of a much more pressing matter. He was escorting the most beautiful naiad to have ever graced the island onto a boat. And she was happy to be with him.
"Are you excited Nereus?' He asked, grinning from ear to ear. She was stunning, standing there. Maybe it was because he knew the elegance of her tail in the water, or the feel of the scales receding on her legs as she left the loving embrace of her home to spend time with him on land. No matter how he looked at it, Junior was utterly smitten with the silvery naiad. He wanted this holiday to be special for her. Even with the warning his parents issued about these parties, the romance of the idea seemed like something they might enjoy.
"Greetings Kleta" The idea of the spartan Goddess standing security with another of their sisters was a brilliant idea. Venus always had brilliant ideas. With the two on duty there was no reason for her to be worried. Would the oversize pigeons also be here? That was probably more likely than any trouble finding the group.
Looking up to the sky for signs of the harpies most attached to her mother, she allowed herself to be distracted while waiting for the first of the guests to arrive. It really was rude of them to delay. A trip of this magnitude it was a wonder all hadn't been lined up for days waiting.
There was one, a shetani with--claws?-- approaching the boat. He acknowledged her sister so she made herself known as well, "Greetings to Venus's party, enjoy yourself and celebrate Venus!" It was only good manners to celebrate the hostess who put this all together in the first place.

Zephyros looked around the deck as he boarded, setting his luggage down. His wings had been clasped around him like a cloak, but, deeming that now unnecessary, he folded them back. Among the throng of pae he looked for any glimpse of his mother or sister. Any sign they were alive was all he could hope for. Alas, this mission thus far seemed a failure.
The mixed demon's uncovered red eye scanned the crowd. If nothing else, his other sister Quinn had said, it would be good for him to stop sulking awhile. Pfft. I have not been sulking. I have just been enjoying my solitude, he thought to himself. He reached down for his suitcase only to find it being carted away by something small and annoying.
"HEY," he yelled as he lunged forward, his hair flying out of his face. "That's mine, you little imp." How was he supposed to know what a cherub was anyway? It hadn't bothered to announce before knicking the bag, so really the cherub was asking for it.
As she crossed over the bridge from the land into the boat, Bastet looked down at the water below her with disgust. Whose great idea had this been? "Don't worry, ze boat will be so big you won't even know you are in ze water. Go away! Relax!" The feline demon quoted her master, mocking the funny way she talked with only mild exageration. Zecora hadn't meant the suggestion as an order, but when she said things that way Bastet was obligated to do as she said. Even if it was a command to relax.
Hopefully what Zecora had said was true, and once she was actually on the boat she would forget she was on the water and be able to have some fun. She considered running the other way, but she had just stepped on the boat, and looking back it seemed if she tried to go the opposite way as everyone else she was even more likely to end up in the water. Bastet took a deep breath, even the air was thick with moisture. She glanced around the boat, at least the deck was one open place to curl up in the sun, she could be okay with that.

Alright her reservation got confirmed yesterday and Bia stood at the dock the next day, admiring the ginormous thing floating on water waiting on travelers to board it.
"A boat trip!" squealed Bia out loud, dragging her belongings close-by as she wheeled her luggage along. She was rather excited being able to go on a cruise without feeling the absolute need to be clinging to her brother like almost all the time.
Her eyes shined as she watched other passengers pass her by. Some went as a couple and some, like her, braved the solo route.
She was well aware that the thing she was boarding was a love boat. but that did not mean that she can not enjoy the cruise on her own.
Bia could only imagine what it is like to be 'out at sea' and was already quite curious to know what sorts of activities and meals would be offered once there.
Holding her luggage with both hands now, she ran with it to board the love ship as soon as she could before it sailed off.
Pelagious hummed a jaunty tune as he struggled to load all 6 of his suitcases onto the gangplank. He was actually a little worried that he might have left something important at home, since he had slimmed down his original 15 suitcases for fear that he might overwork the dear cherubs.
Waving cheerfully at the..well, everyone who was boarding as he was, he continued his massive struggle. Only this time it was to drag everything over to where the other pae was talking to.... "Oh my stars and garters!! Kleta!!!!" he screamed, waving even more happily as he manuevered around his luggage. "KLETA!!"

Having not stopped to greet her, very rude, Harmonia was about to let the halo male go about his business. That was until he yelled at one of the cherubs. It was really no way to talk to them, they zone out everything that way. "Easy," she called out to the male before informing him, "They are just taking it to your room, everything will be there when you get to your room. Relax and enjoy yourself." Hopefully he didn't bring an over-sized floppy hat. If that was the case, her guarantee that everything would still be there might be untrue. The cherubs sometimes had an interesting eye for fashion.
That was a worry for later, now was not the time for unpleasantness. Her dear brother hadn't made a show of himself yet so all the better for harmony.
There were more apporaching to greet, though one stole the show. What on earth did the shark looking pae think they were going to do to need that much luggedge. Those poor Cherubs. A moment of exasperation and a sigh followed a smile and greeting, "Welcome aboard" It appeared Kleta had a fanclub going with this one. At least someone else was more reasonable with what they brought, "Greetings!" It was much easier to greet the female with less luggage. On the docks appeared to be a cat but she'd wait until it got closer to greet.
Lyros boarded the ship and started to explore the ship, he hadn't gotten out much and was looking forward to a vacation where he could meet new people and enjoy himself. He listened to the safety stuff, his wings tucked against his back. He wasn't sure what he wanted to do that day since he wasn't much of a gambler, maybe the hot yoga would be fun??
