Jubilife City is built on land carved out of a mountain by the residents of neighboring Oreburgh City. Jubilife City is the most modernized city in the region, and the largest city in Sinnoh. The city can be accessed from all four directions, with a guardhouse occupying the west entrance.
There are many distinctive buildings in Jubilife City, including the TV station, the Pokétch Company, the Trainers' School, and Many, Many more.
The Pokétch Company's headquarters is located in the northwestern section of the city. The Pokétch Company is a family-owned company, and the manufacturer of the Pokétch. It is relatively small, unlike Silph Co. or the Devon Corporation, and actually started as a hobby of the owner, who made what he liked before the business grew to its present state. The building has three floors, in which the family of the president of the company reside in.
-3 rp posts are required, then roll a 10-sided dice. This will determine the Pokemon that appears. In the next post, roll a 4-sided dice to determine level of the wild Pokemon.
Jubilife City was more of the speed King was used to. He much preferred the large city and crowds to the bumbling life of the small towns he had just passed through. As he entered the city he was surprised by its size and the fact he hadn’t been able to spot it from further away. Either way he could see himself hanging around here for a while to train his Pokemon up. As usual he would have to scout the area and find out what there was to see. For King, he fully expected to get looks and questions in a city like this. If at all possible he would want to keep a low profile but he was sure that was unlikely to happen.

Upon searching the city he found much to do, the Poketch, Jubilife TV, trainers school. There was much to see in this city. He was mostly interested in hearing that the surrounding Pokemon were a good warmup for the upcoming gym without being too powerful. That was enough reason to have him stick around for a while. He wanted to make his way to Oreburgh but he was worried that he would become overeager to tackle the gym leader. He had no intentions of doing that until he was good and ready so some hardy training would be key.
He found out that Roark, the gym leader in Oreburgh was a rock type, perfect for Piplup, but he would need to get enough training in to learn a decent enough water move. As things stood it wasn’t like Oblivion Wing could carry the entire work load, although that was a nice thought. As he began for the outskirts of the town he wanted to see what the surrounding Pokemon were like before he spent too much time lazing around the city.

Wild Starly appeared! "Piplup, your going to handle this one." Confidently sending out the Pokemon that he was given by Rowan he prepared to handle the tough looking bird, who leaped into action before Piplup could gain his bearings.

Piplup dispatched the Starly readily. It was now apparent that it's ability, Oblivion Wing, did in fact drain the life from it's foes. That would make it a very handy move moving forward and giving Piplup the ability to last out stronger Pokemon.

The battle had been handled again fairly easily, even though Starly seemed stronger than his Piplup. It’s ability to harness dark energy in that Oblivion attack would prove to be very vital. As he returned to the city to heal him up he noticed that he hadn’t even thought to nickname his Pokemon. Something that most trainers did when they traveled. Seeing his own smile on the faint reflection from the mask he shook his head, was he really thinking of such trivial things. He wasn’t some kid who had just left their parents to go on a fun and fabulous Pokemon Adventure, he set out with pride and with a purpose.
As his Pokemon healed up he looked around, in the Pokemon center there were two guys in what looked like space suits hanging out in the corner. Looking like some sort of weird delinquent teenagers he paid them little mind, as wasn’t going to involve himself with the trifling of kids trying to steal Pokemon, or whatever Sinnoh’s group of Poketerrorists was interested in doing. Chuckling to himself again he left the center.

It was out of curiosity that King continued to wander Northward outside of the city. He had overheard some people talking about the town to the north having a sweet aroma and attracting many bug types, he figured that would be a good place to work on Larvesta’s experience, if anything too powerful popped up he would be able to run it over with Piplup but he hoped that he would be able to give the remainder of his team some chance to glorify themselves.
Establishing that he would head for this city after leaving the Pokemon Center he made his way north to Route 204, where he would have to head through a small cave before finding his way to Floaroma Town, a quaint little town with a sickly sweet smell. His sensitive nose would be just fine not having to deal with that with the protection of his helmet. Preparing himself he made any last minute adjustments to his bag and a final check and he was off towards Floaroma.

Returning to the city he felt as if he was nearing the time to head towards Oreburgh. Even though the Pokemon in the area might be a little above his level he was sure that he would be able to hold his own against them. If he couldn’t defeat wild Pokemon he wouldn’t have a chance in hell of defeating the Gym Leader. Either way he felt as if he wanted to test himself. Between Larvesta and Piplup he felt as if he could handle whatever was thrown his way, especially when it came to Rock types.

King had been lost in the journey and had little time to relax since he began. Not that he really need all that much rest to continue on he was surprised at how little time to think he had. He was such a calculated and cautious thinker that just going out and acting like he had been was very odd, but he could chalk it up to change. People did change after all and something like travelling out into the world of Pokemon could do that to you. As long as he kept his goal in mind he wouldn’t have too much trouble losing his way.
As he entered the city he saw more of the space suit wearing kids than he had originally noticed. They had seemingly overrun the place. A group of them were harassing someone who seemed to be an assistant to the Professor, judging from what he overheard. Heading towards the commotion he was stopped by one of them, “Hey freak! What are you doing here? Can’t you see we’re busy?”
“Pardon me?” Shocked at the way he was approached he stood fast against the Galatic member. “You should leave that woman alone, she obviously doesn’t want to converse with the likes of you. Now if you’ll kindly hand her over to me we won’t have any problems.”
“Nobody gets in the way of Team Galactic! You’re going down!” Tossing out a Pokeball he was prepared to fight. A zubat flew from the ball, he knew just how he would act in response to this.
“Ha! You wish to challenge me? So be it, prepare yourself villain!” Although calm and collected he showed flair when battling others, in an attempt to intimidate and gain the upper hand mentally he always appeared the superior trainer. Sending Ralts out to begin the battle he was ready to handle this villain.

“Let’s get out of here! This guy’s not messing around!” the Galactic members scattered after the defeat of their goon. Running away from the town center they left the woman alone and scattered off back into whatever holes they crawled out of in the first place. King had made short work of the men bullying the young woman.
“Are you alright, m’lady?” He approached her and knelt down to take her hand, he remained formal and chivalrous even though many rumors that it had been dead. “I heard them say you were an assistant of the Professors, you should probably head back towards the lab, to be safe.”
“Uh…yeah, I guess ..” she was shaken up from the encounter. Although she wasn’t hurt it was a still a traumatic experience to be ganged up on like that. “You’re right, I’ll be going now.” Scurrying off towards Sandgem just as fast as the Galactic members had run off she would be alright now as none of them seemed to go that way.
Shaking his head he headed to the Pokemon Center to heal up his Pokemon after that battle, he knew that that wouldn’t be the last time he ran into those fools. They had sprung up once before and if they were back that meant that the villains of this world had recuperated enough return, bigger and meaner than ever. It would need to be something he would have to keep an eye on as his journey continued. Teams like Galactic and Flare were bad for him, they represented everything he stood against, and if crushing them meant that he would achieve his dream, he would do it again and again.

After the scuffle with Galactic he was prepared to head towards Oreburgh. The Pokemon there would be strong enough for him to gain experience enough to make a run at the gym leader. Training here would provide much slower results. Not one for lollygagging he set out from the center and made his way East towards the first gym of the Sinnoh region, he hoped that he would be prepared for whatever lie to the east. But either way, he steeled his resolve and made sure that he could brace for any challenge that would come his way.

Sammy was surprised to see how short the journey to Jubilife City would actually be. Willow followed behind for a little while but he quickly tired out, so she put him back in his pokeball to get a long rest. She would just have to check out the city on her own. She walks through the busier part of the city in order to check a few of its famous spots. Not before long she finds herself in front of the Poketch Company Building. She heard a lot about poketch and wanted to see if she get her hands on of her own. As she enters she is greeted by the sound of a women dropping a box. Brand-new poketchs scatter across the floor as the women tries to get herself back up. She beings to get flustered when she realizes the mess she had made. Sammy quickly rushes over to see if she could help. They gather the scattered devices and places them back into the box. The women was so grateful that when she learned Sammy didn’t have one, she gave her a free poketch. With so much joy, Sammy exits the building and back into the city before ahead of her.

Yuki and Houndour made quick work of route 202 and found themselves at the entrance to Jubilife City. The place looked huge from a distance, but up close it looked even larger. He wasn't used to big cities and so he was a little intimidated by the scale of such a place. His hometown was a lot smaller and quieter, so he wasn't used to this at all. He turned his head to look at Houndour before speaking. "This place is pretty big, try to stay close, I don't want to get separated." Yuki didn't want to get lost in the city and hopefully he wouldn't need to stay there very long.["It's alright, I'll be sure to stick to you, I can at least keep track of you with my nose."]Yuki smiled a bit as he figured that Houndour would stay next to him. Either way, he was glad to have a pokemon like him by his side. With that in mind, he made his first steps into the city. Yuki continued along and tried his best to make it to the pokemon center without getting lost. Despite his best efforts, he ended up asking multiple people for help. It took longer than he expected, but by the end of it, he came to a stop in front of the Pokémon Center.

Yuki stepped forward and opened the door to the pokemon center and entered, followed by Houndour. This pokemon center appeared to be a lot larger than the one he had been to before in his hometown. Despite that, it was no different than any other one across the region. There were stairs leading up to rooms for trainers to stay the night. In the far corner was a PC and down a short hallway nearby was an area for people to trade pokemon. In the middle of the room was a counter with a Nurse Joy, who would help heal his pokemon back up. Yuki was glad that at least everything seemed to be in similar and easy to see locations. With that in mind, he headed toward the counter. "Cmon, Houndour, lets get you and the others healed up." Houndour nodded in agreement as the pair walked up to the counter and waited for Nurse Joy to appear before Yuki would speak with her.

Yuki ended up waiting for a little while, but he was fine with that. Perhaps Nurse Joy was with another pokemon or trainer who needed help. He had spent enough time around Pokemon Centers to know that anything could happen. Houndour on the other hand had become bored and sat on the ground next to his trainer. He glanced down at his pokemon and smiled a bit as he figured Houndour could use a rest. "I think you could use the rest, thanks for helping me find this place." Yuki said before retrieving his pokeball.["I was glad to help, can't let you down this early on."]The pokemon said in reply before being returned to his pokeball and added back to Yuki's belt until the next time. A few more moments passed before a familiar face appeared on the other side of the counter. Yuki had heard that all the Pokemon Centers were run by other Nurse Joy's than the one he had met in the past. Either way, she smiled toward the boy before speaking."I'm sorry for the delay, how can I help you today?"Despite his best efforts the believe that this was the same one, he just couldn't and remained his usual, almost cold self to the 'stranger' when he replied. "It's okay, I just needed my pokemon healed and to stay the night." Even though it wasn't exactly the usual reply she expected, perhaps the trainer was just too tired to worry about such things. Either way, her job always came first as she responded cheerfully."Alright, that's what the Pokemon Center is for, you can leave your pokemon with me to be healed while you rest.""That's fine with me." Yuki said as he left his pokemon in the safety of Nurse Joy before heading toward the rooms up the stairs to sleep.

After a good night of sleep, Yuki returned in the morning to the front counter of the Pokémon Center. He was glad to have managed to get some sleep and knew his pokemon would be refreshed for the journey ahead. As he made it to the counter, Nurse Joy was already up with a Chansey next to her. This didn't come as too much of a surprise to him as it was the same as his hometown Pokémon Center. "I'm here to pick my pokemon back up." Yuki said as he was wanting to get moving to the next town. He knew he'd probably get lost in Jubilife City, but that's why he wanted to leave so early. Nurse Joy looked toward Yuki and smiled like usual before replying."Good morning, alright, they are back to full health. Can you go get this trainers pokemon for him?"She said to Chansey while looking toward the pokemon who nodded and walked off to get the pokeballs. A few moments passed before Chansey rolled out a cart with the four pokeballs on the trey."Thank you, here you go."Nurse Joy said before handing the pokeballs back to Yuki. Yuki was pleased to get his pokemon back as he put them back on his belt before thanking Nurse Joy and heading off toward the door.
