While flying, it got a whole lot colder. Fynx wrapped her warm fuzzy arms around Rose as they spiraled down with the snowflakes to their next destination. "This is Snowpoint City, Sinnoh." Fynx stated, stepping off into the snow. The snow sizzled and melted under her paws. Rose let out a yelp of joy, hopping off and landing in a pile of snow. It was really cold, but she was enjoying herself. Before she could get too into playing in the snow, her holocaster chimed, and she checked it out. Shenaiya got back to her! Rose got right to replying and sent a text before gathering up a snowball and throwing it at the back of Fynx's head. Also, seeing as they were in a snowy place, she let out Rye to enjoy the snow, too.

The snowball melted upon impact with the back of Fynx's head, and the delphox turned to glare playfully at her trainer. She balled up some snow with her psychic energy and tossed it at Rose, who seemed to decide throwing snow around wasn't the best idea at the moment. She wasn't exactly dressed to play in snow, and was cold. But all this snow around her... she really wanted to play around with it. So, she started to make snowmen while Fynx worked on defrosting Auriel's wings.

Meanwhile, Rose's flurry, Rye, was greatly enjoying this cold environment. He was rolling around in the snow energetically, playing with his tail. His form felt more solid to him here. The leopard cub licked at the snow flakes as they fell from the sky, wiggling happily. "Awww! Look at Rye!" Rose exclaimed, snapping a picture of the flurry enjoying the snow. It was really cute, and she was sure Isis would at least love the picture.

Rose let Rye play for a while, but was starting to shiver too much. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had been dressed for the cold. Hopefully she can come back some other time to play in the snow. "Come here Rose. We've got to go now or you'll catch a cold." Fynx said, moving to pull her trainer up against her warm, fluffy body. Rose merely nodded, not arguing at all. "Sorry Rye. I'm going to return you for now, but i promise we'll find another snowy place to play again, soon!" Rose told her flurry, returning him to his ball. Not too long after, Fynx helped Rose up on Auriel's back and held her close, keeping her warm as the bird took back to the skies once more.

"M-Micah" The Arcanine’s attention snapped to the man, stoic expression sharpening. Lafayette already had his arms wrapped loosely around himself, trying hard to suppress the shivers. It was clear though by the growing agitation on his face; he was cold. He wished his over shirt was at least dry, an extra layer of clothes would’ve helped at this point.
"C-can I hitch ah r-ride mate?" The Arcanine grunted, head bowing down in acknowledgement. There really wasn’t a need for words on what was really being asked and he picked up on it rather easily. Kneeling down low to the ground, the hound gave a curt nod for the blonde to climb up, something that he did without hesitation. Immediately he could feel the warmth radiating off the Arcanine and relaxed against the fur. There we go, muuucchh better. Even Noah hopped up behind him once Micah had given him the go ahead, enjoying the comforting warmth as well.

With that all settled now and warmth to combat the chill, they set out in search of the readings. It was a bit harder to maneuver with the snow blanketing everything and at times, Lafayette wasn’t sure if he’d be able to find what he was looking for. He’d noticed in the past few towns, that there were craters in the areas where he’d gotten the readings. But there was so much snow, it was difficult to find that one common element.
With a sigh, he just snuggled in closer to Micah’s fur, keeping a steady gaze on his Xtransciever as he waited for the beeping to start up. Once in a while he’d look up to study his surroundings. There was a harbor down to the south, a gym right in the middle of the town and some kind of … temple to the north. Thoughtfully, he ushered Micah in that direction. It was probably a good bet they’d find something in that direction.

Dova shuffled after her trainer and his pokemon as they moved towards the temple, the only one of them all too actually be enjoying the snow. She shuffled and dug about in it like some dragon-esque puppy, taking interest in all the crazy white powder in excitement. She didn’t seemed bothered by the cold; she’d apparently dried far easier than anyone else and so could enjoy the snow without threat of freezing.
She tunneled under the snow and dug her way forward, yelping as she smacked head first into a tree. Springing up from under the snow she gave a narrowed gaze at the tree giving a sharp burst of noise at it in retaliation only to yelp again as it shook the tree and caused a large pile of snow to come slamming down on her head. Lafayette perked up and took a looked, eyes rolling at the sight. Stupid dragon.

The temple wasn’t exactly a winning point, but the decision to head in that direction was a wise one. Eventually his watch started beeping and they found the patch of snow most likely hiding the crater just like in the other cities. He waited while the program set to work getting the scans, still huddled close to Micah for warmth as he waited for the device to finish up. Eventually the beep sounded to indicate it was finished and with a sigh of relief, stepped away.
"Ta Micah." He thanked the Arcanine, giving him a scratch under the chin before returning him to his pokeball. Noah gave him a salute as well as he disappeared from view, quickly heading over in the direction he’d last seen Dova. The dragon was still digging around in the snow, earning a bit of an agitated growl from her trainer when he had to swipe all the damn snow off of her. She was getting on his nerves at the rate she was going; sure she was a playful thing but could she do it on her own time? Once she was clear of snow he climbed up on her back again, Noah following suit. Lafayette shivered and fiddled with his device; just two more cities and apparently he’d be done. They were making good time and he was happy for the fact. Giving one last huff of visible air, he kicked Dova into action headed for his next destination…

The trip over to Snowpoint City was a relatively quick one and soon Tropius descended down into the city, its landing muffled by the thick sheet of snow able to found literally everywhere. Though Alexandra had spent the majority of the trip with her face pressed against Aja's shoulder and concentrating hard on not becoming airsick she quickly realized where she was when her body began to shiver, the warmth of Aja and her Tropius not enough to keep the chill away. With a grunt Aja pulled herself off, forcing Alexandra to follow suit, and looked around at her surroundings with her hands on her hips. "Well, better start looking," she announced, more to herself than anyone else.
With a bit of effort she managed to pull herself free from Alexandra's grip, though it took quite a bit of work, and afterwards she brushed herself off before shooting the brunette an amused look. "You stay here, alright? I'll be right back." She didn't give Alexandra a chance to reply before she headed off, her head directed downwards in search of something. "Oh!" Alexandra, shivering, turned to look at Aja. "And keep an eye out, there are probably other people out here-- no doubt they got wind of what lies here." Aja grinned in the face of Alexandra's blank expression before she toddled off, her progress impeded by the snow.
Alexandra gave a heavy sigh, her eyes narrowing as she watched her breath float out into the air, before she clasped her arms tightly around her forearms. What had she even gotten herself into? Before she could begin to answer her own question Tropius shuffled beside her and then nudged the brunette, alerting her to the presence of another. Alexandra turned expectantly, hand traveling back to a pokeball, and then raised an eyebrow at the woman who came into view. The two shared a look before the woman, in one fluid motion, pulled out a pokeball and released a giant of a pokemon out, clearly not looking to share even the most common of pleasantries. Alexandra, trying her best not to allow her teeth to chatter, sent out Caldo before she stepped closer to Tropius in an attempt to gain some warmth.

She had a coat, a heavy one at that, boots and gloves, she was prepared to spend a few good hours out in the snow-- unlike Alexandra.
