Pokémon Mansion is an area located on one of the routes in between towns. It's a big, old mansion owned by Mr. Backlot. The house is well-guarded outside. It's also the home of the famous Trophy Garden, which is located to the rear.
It has many rooms (Mr. Backlot kindly offers these to travelers to rest up both themselves and their Pokemon), with the most important of them being Mr. Backlot's office. That room is also home to an expensive Pokémon statue, which is guarded by a policeman.
A butler and many maids are employed in the Mansion.
While the house in itself certainly is impressive, it is Mr. Backlot's Trophy Garden that gains the notoriety from traveling trainers. The beautiful gardens are lush, and perfectly taken care of. As such, rare Pokemon tend to flock to this area.
Mr. Backlot has generously offered up his gardens to visitors, hoping to help trainers catch those few elusive Pokemon, some of which can't be found anywhere else in the world.
-5 rp posts are required, then generate a number 1-22. This will determine the Pokemon that appears. In the next post, roll a 4-sided dice to determine level of the wild Pokemon.
Arriving outside of the mansion Simon returned Noivern and checked his PC. So he had three evolutions, two Eevee and needed three more Eevee to evolve all the way. Putting the Pokedex away Simon went up to the main gates and knocked on the gate. The gates opened as a butler greeted him. "Did you need a place to rest?" "Possibly but I would like try to catch some Eevee in the Trophy Garden." "Mr. Backlot encourages that, follow me." The butler led him out back but not before showing him where the rooms were. Thanking him Simon went into the tall grass wondering what would show up. The first Pokemon was a Ditto and Simon was definitely going to catch it.

The next Pokemon that appeared would be awful to train Diglett up against since it was a water Pokemon. "Marill the aquamouse Pokemon. Marill's oil-filled tail acts much like a life preserver. If you see just its tail bobbing on the water's surface, it's a sure indication that this Pokemon is diving beneath the water to feed on aquatic plants." Doing the switch out he sent Diglett out first then exchanged him for Shedinja to finish it off.

Hello! I wanted to quote you, since we're in the same place! Hopefully I'm not stepping on your toes, I'm here to hopefully catch some Eevees as well, >w< Also I'm going to be going to the halloween event back and forth too though I wanted to also say you can ignore about how there's a storm/nighttime in Riley's post, it's sort of how I wanted her to arrive but I don't want to mess up whatever you are doing since you got here first.
Zeke was flying as fast as he could, but the stormclouds that had been following them all day finally caught up with them. As the winds began whipping Riley's hair all over her face, she yelled out for Zeke to land before it got any worse. As they got lower, they saw the lights of the giant pokemon mansion below them. With nowhere else to take shelter (and it was getting dark, too) they made for the front lawn, hoping whoever lived here wouldn't mind them waiting out the storm inside.

Riley didn't want to look a gift Ponyta in the mouth, but this was definitely unexpected! She was standing in the fancy entrance hall of the manor, acutely aware of the dried mud flaking off her shoes and her wind-wild hair. "Um, th-thank you, mister. Really, this is super nice of you." The butler smiled. "Oh it is no problem. Mr.Backlot loves having visitors, and even encourages young trainers to go in his gardens to catch rare pokemon. If it suits them." Oh! Riley lay like that for a long moment, her body slowly growing heavily. She'd just decided she had to force herself to get up and shower before she fell asleep right there when a sudden scuffling by the door jerked her to a sit. It was because of this new presence that Riley didn't get a chance to notice the dull glow that had begun seeping out the corners of her bag. Sitting in one of the bedrooms Simon heaved a big sigh. He had come inside to one of the many rooms in order to get out of the storm that had appeared out of nowhere. Now he was on his bed looking over his Pokedex and all the entries he had gained from all the Pokemon he caught. Sitting on his knees he peeked out the window seeing that the storm had passed, there was even another trainer outside. However the female trainer vanished as an older woman, probably a psychic or something from the Haunted House, teleported her away. Remembering the sick feeling from being teleported Simon shivered a bit before putting his stuff away he decided to heal back out to see if he could find any more Eevee. Instead of Eevee a Staravia landed shaking off the left over rain and attacked. Even though it was still wet Simon sent out Rhyhorn himself to battle.

Falling upon Rhyhorn Simon hugged the heavy Pokemon. "Great job, first time battling on your own and you won." With a few potions he healed him up all the way. There was some rustling in the tall grass and Simon and Rhyhorn looked up to see a wild cat Pokemon coming out. Simon scanned it, "Meowth the scratch cat Pokemon. Meowth withdraws its sharp claws into its paws to slinky sneak about without making any incriminating footsteps. For some reason, this Pokemon loves shiny coins that glitter with light.""Okay but go ahead and win again, but I want to catch this one.""Hooorn" Standing up Simon nodded, unlike the others Rhyhorn was half rock so the flying types around here wouldn't be able to really hurt him. If Diglett was out the flying Pokemon wouldn't be hurt by any of his moves since they were ground attacks.
Turn 4 Simon sent out Noivern (960 HP), Noivern uses Boomburst - 140 (+ 80 boost)(- 10 buff) - 210 Meowth fainted Rhyhorn and Noivern split 15 EXP Simon readied Pokeball Meowth was caught
Crud, Meowth knocked Rhyhorn out so Simon sent Noivern out to finish it up and that it did. Hurling a Pokeball at the fainted Pokemon it dinged once, then twice then showed that it was caught. Jumping up doing a fist bump Simon returned the unharmed Noivern away. Returning into the mansion Simon wondered if there was a place to revive Rhyhorn.
