The Lost Tower is the resting ground for deceased Pokémon in Sinnoh, as Pokémon Tower and House of Memories are for Kanto, and Mt. Pyre is in Hoenn. It is the home of many Ghost-type Pokémon. It is located just south of Solaceon Town.
A suspicious mist clings to the floor of the tower's many rooms. The chilly atmosphere is just perfect for Ghost type Pokemon, who love to spook unsuspecting visitors.
This lost tower is also the home of the coveted Ghost Spiritomb.

✧✧【It took at least half an hour after leaving Iron Island behind before they drew closer towards their next stop, heading southwards towards Solaceon. Mt. Coronet, the enormous mountain that seemed to divide Sinnoh down the center, cut an imposing figure as they passed over the smaller surrounding ranges to get to their destination. An ever present titan that was visible from virtually anywhere in the region… Eveline remembered hearing that there were quite a few renowned legends revolving around the mountain itself, something about it being the origin of the region where Arceus had created the legendary Pokemon representing time and space before falling into a deep slumber on the mountain’s highest point. Maybe it was for that reason Galactic had been expressing an interest in Mt. Coronet, at least from what Eveline had gathered through eavesdropping on a few different conversations between some of their grunts. Of course she wasn’t exactly the most privy to that kind of stuff, especially since crime syndicates didn’t often trust hired help with the more in depth details regarding their modus operandi. After all, a merc’s loyalty only went as far as how much they were being paid. Still, whatever it was they had in mind, she could certainly guess that it was anything but good.
Thankfully their next hunting ground would be more or less free from Galactic activity, but unfortunately as they drew closer to the site in question tucked away on the path south of the small town it would be yet another graveyard much to her distaste. ”Do you all think you’ll be able to handle this?” Eveline asked with an exasperated sigh, turning towards her three best searchers, ”Forgive me if I’m not exactly up for poking around more tombstones.” Lambrusco nodded, already moving to head inside the tower and followed closely behind by Sin and Soho.”Certainly, we shouldn’t be too long.”At least here they shouldn’t have to be too concerned about searching the entirety of the tower since they could easily split up to cover more ground, though the Delphox certainly hoped the Ghost Pokemon that lived here wouldn’t give them too much trouble in the meantime...】✧✧

✧✧【Soho already didn’t like the looks of this place just from a cursory glance of the exterior, and as soon as they stepped inside the tower that feeling was only further cemented. The inside was dark and gloomy looking, the only illumination provided by a couple of wall sconces around the stairway lit with blue flames. Where the light couldn’t fully reach was drenched in heavy shadows, the perfect places for particularly sneaky Ghost types to hide out in wait for unfortunate passersby.”Yeesh… This place gives me super creeps,”the Zorua remarked with a grimace, stepping closer to Lambrusco as the Delphox pulled out his branch to provide some extra light,”Hope this’ll be the last time we’ll ever have to visit somewhere like this… Any place where ghosts like to hang just spells trouble if ya ask me.”
”Let’s certainly hope so,”Lam agreed wholeheartedly,”Sin, would you be alright with searching the upper floors on your own?”The Dragapult didn’t need to asked twice, of course, already ascending towards the ceiling to do just that.”Already on it.”Absinthe phased her way through the stone, emerging on the second floor among the various headstones that seemed to form a maze of sorts leading towards the stairs in the back. There didn’t seem to be anything of interest here in particular… Though as she turned to glide up to the next floor, she found her path blocked by a pair of Duskull as they made themselves visible, glowering at her with their singular red eyes behind their skull masks. Down on the first floor, Soho and Lambrusco found themselves facing troubles of their own, the Zorua’s ears snapping to attention at a sudden telltale screech as a dark shape, small yet swift, peeled off from the dark ceiling above and barreled down towards them.】✧✧

Gathering his inner power, he tried to fire off a strong attack at his foe but only succeeded in giving himself a headache from the psychic backlash as his eyes swam with blurry shapes and garish colors, the Zubat taking advantage of his brief moment of weakness to sink its tiny but sharp teeth into him and drain him of a bit of his energy. Growling, the sudden pain immediately snapped him out of his stupor, heterochromatic eyes narrowing as he blasted the bat point blank with a psychic assault and knocked it out instantly.
”Damn flyin’ rats,”he groused as he shook his head, not noticing the shimmering form of a Duskull slinking out from the shadows nearby to hover menacingly behind him.”Watch out!”A warning shout from Lam caught the Zorua’s attention just as a ball of shadowy energy flew only inches away from where he stood to smack the skull ghost away and back into the darkness it had come from.”Jeez… Thanks for watchin’ my back there,”he muttered, nodding gratefully to his taller companion,”So much for gettin’ in n’ out without gettin’ harassed, yeah?”The Delphox huffed in silent agreement, pulling out some potions to tend to the Zorua in the meantime.”The spirits here seem much more lively. ✧✧【Hackles raised as he prepared for another fight to come, Soho growled as he whirled around to face the general direction of the sound.”Aight, listen here, I don’t take kindly to people cacklin’ from the darkness, so ya better stop hidin’ like a damn coward if ya wanna throw down,”he snapped out in challenge, not in the mood to deal with more of these ghosts’ shenanigans. Seconds ticked by as silence fell over the entirety of the floor, yet nothing came out of the darkness to answer his dare… Perhaps he’d intimidated and scared them off, but he didn’t make any move to lower his guard. Probably for the best as he heard the sinister laughter from before, just as a Gastly materialized only inches away from his face and struck him with a bright, strobing ray of disorienting light. Oh god dammit, not again! Soho groaned as that familiar dizziness settled over him once again, these Pokemon really were fond of using their status moves, apparently. However, it seemed the same trick wouldn’t work twice this time around to the gas ghost’s misfortune, as Soho was able to focus his wobbling double vision just enough to unleash a punishing psychic blast in retaliation.
With that annoyance out the way, the Zorua was able to shake off any lingering bleariness, his frustration with these troublesome Pokemon only growing more and more. So when yet another one of those winged pests dive bombed him and attempted to astonish and make him flinch, Soho didn’t let up as he smacked the bat out of the air with another Extrasensory.”Ugh… These chuckleheads are startin’ to really piss me off,”he grumbled as Lam came to quickly tend to him, ready to just leave this place behind and never come back,”Sin better hurry up so we can get the hell outta here, n’ fast.”
Meanwhile, Sin managed to make her way up to the fourth floor, noticing how the third and beyond seemed to be flooded with a strange, sinister fog that only added further to the lingering eeriness in the air. The blue flame torches along the wall did little to dispel the mist, though it hardly seemed to do much to hamper her vision regardless. The Dragapult hovered close to the ceiling for a better vantage point, scanning the floor and the crevices between tombstones with a careful eye while staying alert for any other ghostly threats nearby. A faint red light caught her eye from within the fog, hidden between a pair of headstones in a way that it could’ve easily been missed if she hadn’t been searching so thoroughly. Hovering down closer, she hummed in affirmation as she caught sight of the knobbly purplish stone the glow was emanating from, as well as something else… a purple disk that she could sense strong ghostly energy from. Ah, this was what humans called a TM, right? Perhaps this could be of use to her, then, seeing as it was attuned to her Ghost typing in particular.
As she moved to grab up the items, though, a couple more ghosts materialized in front of her to block her off, the sharp eyes of a Gastly and Misdreavus staring her down in warning.”Oh? And what do you think you’re doing, hm?”the Misdreavus hissed, the pair hovering over the star and TM territorially,”Trying to steal from us, are you?”The screech ghost narrowed her eyes, the Gastly chuckling eerily as it bared its sharp teeth in turn. Sin glowered back, unfazed, but it was abundantly clear that these two wouldn’t let her take the items she needed to retrieve without a fight. Even though it was two against one, the Gastly was easily taken care of as it wasn’t able to land even a hit on the Dragapult before it was knocked down and out for the count. The Misdreavus wasn’t much of a challenge either, though she managed to get in a decent hit before she met the same fate as her companion. With those obstacles out of the way, Sin quickly scooped up both the star and the TM, time to get out of here before they drew even more attention from these ghosts. As she touched the purple disk, however, she paused momentarily as she felt new knowledge and strength come over her for a brief moment, but quickly shook it off in favor of returning to report to Lam and Soho and making a hasty exit.】✧✧
