Kotensa was pressed into another Full restore other wise the psychic type would have been beaten much to quickly. Taking his seat again as the battle was becoming slightly more amusing and interesting but he had to think and he did that best when sitting. He could spam the attack hopping for a repeat of the effect but that wasn't likely to happen, no change it up again. "Now signal beam.' He barked.
A battle plan swirled around Ko's head. She'd thought of something rather late in the game, but now that she was more or less back on her toes, she thought about sending Uth back out. Even being part water-type, this Lanturn was stil weak to Earthquake, and one good hit would do the trick. Though, she knew Volkner wouldn't hesitate to use Ice beam... of which Uth could maybe live one hit... only one. She'd have to make it worth it, and switching in would leave him vulnerable, she had to keep going for the Special Attack drops, make it weaker. Sapping away it's energy with Moonblast was her best bet. If she was lucky, and if Viska fell before the fish was taken down... she could send Uth out and take out the fish with a single hit... Then with the Electrode, a single turn.. A Pokemon that could last one hit, and Burn would take it out. Lastly, the Luxray.... Mila was down already and Viska was out on the field...she had 4 turns... 4 Sacrifices... "Viska, just keep using Moonblast!" Ko called, coiling her hand around another Full Restore... It was a good thing she had so many.

No, I just blame my luck. The dice have hated me for like... this entire year. I could send out Uth when Viska faints. He could live one Ice Beam and use Earthquake to end this fish! (Granted I get it low enough so that one Earthquake would faint it.) It does 25o as of now, but if that Razor Claw works it'll do a whopping 5oo damage. Lanturn is close to that range, but that f-ing x4 weakness.... > n< She'd have to sacrifice Kezia to swap out Uth, heal him up, wait for Kezia to faint then send him back out again... Then there is the Electrode and Luxray. Why must Volkner have Ice-type moves on his Pokemon? That Electrode knowing Ice Beam.... completely out of left field. Seriously. As the battle progress it would seem Kotensa was intent on pulling off a victory at any cost or at the very least pushing him to the edge of a lose if she could. She was Protestant that much was clear and she strategy was solid she just lacked the power behind her intent. Had the Delphox been stronger it would have posed a much more significant threat. "Ice beam,." Again the beam struck and froze the humanoid psychic type. "again." His luck was out standing today.
It was no use. Ko rested her gaze on Viska as the psychic took another Ice Beam; frozen yet again. "No..." Ko felt herself go weak at the knees. She was... she was fighting a losing battle. Broken arm recovery time: 7/60 Days ╔═══════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Ohmarow had been watching the whole sorted affair in silnce knowing Ko wasn't going to win after Mila was defeated and right off the rip viska was frozen twice over. It was a highly unfair battle. Volkners sheer advantage in training was Ko's utter undoing. Though he had to give her credit for lasting as long as she did. Standing up as Volkner crossed the gym floor to congratulate Ko for her hard work. He wasn't cocky about the battle but seemed more bland and lazy again then anything. He most have had many such battles. "You ok Ko ?" asked Qungra skipping ahead of Ohmarow who was about to ask the very same thing. He thought the psychic type most br prying into her emotions again but it wasn't to hidden how she most have felt. A lose of any sort could be hard to take, a loss like this double so.

He didn't like it when she was upset for any reason. His mood often times shifted with her own. He'd been noticing that for about the last a week or so. He assumed he was on some level drawing off her emotional energy. He couldn't think of a time when he'd not felt one some level bland or bored but with Kotensa around he was growing move and more open with his emotions. He still found acting upon them hard unless it was just something that sort of happened like the kiss. The kiss, he hadn't thought about it much sense it had happened. Blushing he turned away from Ko. Qungra know what he was doing. Without his jacket's hood to hide his face he was left exposed. He didn't like it. Ko's question he let hang in the air a second as he thought about it. He wasn't high on the thought of flying so a cruise seemed a good idea. Especially before fall. He could maybe enjoy a swim in the Heonn region. It was much further south then Sinnoh so it was warm year round. Come fall and winter it still be plenty warm. "That sounds good." Qungra drifted down to site atop his shoulder looking to his face for clues to his motives or thoughts. She understood then why he wasn't making eye contact or ven looking to her face. Broken arm recovery time: 7/60 Days ╔═══════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Scratching the back of his neck then running his fingers through his hair, It had grown again. It grew fast huh. He wasn't even sure how long it was anymore. It had just been a few inch's when first he met Ko and now was almost two feet. He'd see if Ko would bread it again later on. He had stuck his new cane under his broken arm as he walked just behind Ko to free up his hand. He wasn't sure he could or should be using his broken arms hand even though it still worked fine. No one has said not to but on the same note no one had said it was ok ether. A train sounded good though, maybe not as good as a cruise but still good. He smile softly pulling the cane free and using it as his third leg once more. Enjoying the thing maybe a little more then he should but it was a gift without a measurable value to him. He was even shorted then Sonoko. Sort of amusing really as she was only 4 foot 9. He thought she was tiny. Zunoo's baby blue fur and rich copper brown eyes, a feature retained from his mega evolution appearance he thought, made him seem more childlike then he had originally thought when he was on a rampage as a mega evolution. The pokemon stretched a second groaning as it popping its neck and back. "That feels better." It said in an oddly hollow voice that sounded famine in a way. Ohmarow was speechless, as a ruole he'd never spoken or even given hint he could and he wasn't a psychic type then or now so how was he speaking. How indeed because even its lips didn't move. Ohmarow for the fourth time in a day fall flat on his a** only this time in shock rather then being tripped or feeling weak. "Zunoo ?" He asked attempting to stand back up. "Uhh yes master?" Replied the pokemon looking up to tis trainer and causing ohmarow to lose his balance again. Giving up, Ko would find him surely. "Since when can you talk ?" Questioned Ohmarow from his new seat on the floor as she held his arm once more. "Im unsure, I guess when i evolved perhaps. You act shocked. Beelgra and Gungra speak so why is my ability of speech so different?" His voice was femine, but why. "I don't know how to answer that frankly." Ohmarow said finally finding his feet again. He would need to have the Lucario seen to considering the Megastone side effects and how it had so drastically altered him during evolution. "Come on. Let get the nurse to give you the once over, ok." He said. "Very well master." Complied the lucario following closely behind. His movements smooth and elegant almost like a dancers walk across the stage. Joining Ko and Kazie at the counter, catching the nurse joys attention before she exited into the back by pointing to Zunoo and calling out to her. "Nurse joy, do you can time to give him a once over?"[/n] The lucario standing next to him looking to Kotensa and Kazie inquisitively a moment before it seemed to remember something. Turning more to Kazie then Ko. "Thank you, for your help miss Kazie." It said. "I really appreciated it" Ohmarow could only grin slightly at them wondering how Ko would take to another talking pokemon being around. But he wouldn't get an answer just yet as the nurse motioned for the lucarion to follow her, Qungra following from the air causing the nurse to pause and point towards her as well. Ohmarow nodded yes and away they all went. Once out of ear shot turning back to Ko and Kazie smiling and shrugging as if to say he didn't know himself.

What ever work to get them from point A to point B ^__^ Until I say other wise you lead the way and Ohm will follow like the lost puppy he is. At some point though he's gonna want to go for johto Badge number 5 and it'll be as hard for him to get as Ko's 8th badge. Damn fighting types ! He needs at least Lv 50+ pokemon to win i think. I also want to evolve Metang and Pupitar but ima work towards that over time. Iv actually got a plot i wanna work for their evolution's.
Oh yeah before i forget because Vig brought something up that made me remember. I want to have Ohmarow change his last name once Ko reads enough of the childhood journal and talks to him about what she read for him to find out his biological father has passed and his mother remarried a man who she willingly let abuse him and sonoko. Once i can get another legendary i wanna take a Giratina so once i opt into battling his step father and beat him Ohmarow can reclaim his mothers legendary and officially abandon the name Tanoweichi. After that though he's doing to renounce his full name and refuse to answer to it, even to Ko. I was wanting Ko to bring him around to at least answering to Ohmarow and maybe offer up some new last names ? This of course is a ways off im sure but i wanted to plot some new names and reasons to pick those names if your ok with that ? I remembered you said a while back about Sonoko becoming Ko's potential sister in law so i don't know how you actually feel about that but its an option i guess we could talk about if your open to that line of thought other wise just pitch me some ideas? Ko was busy explaining her recent rendezvous with Volkner to Nurse Joy, to notice Ohm had slipped away for what could have been a disasterous moment. Luckily it hadn't been. When Mila and Viska were finally returned, Ko turned towards the Pc for a bit of reorganization but was stopped when Ohm approached with a Lucario at his side. The canine nodded a few words of thanks to Kezia. "So you've finally let Zunoo out? Good." She nodded, as if she'd seen this moment coming the entire time. Glancing over to Kezia the fox held a brow up high, a confused look as any. "You're welcome?' Kezia finally replied. 'I-i'm sorry, but like... What are you thanking me for again?" Kezia was drawing a blank. With all that had gone on in the not so distant past, she was sort of at a loss as to how she'd helped this Lucario. She didn't forget who he was, just what she'd done to deserve a 'thank you'.
Ko in the meantime turned towards the PC for a moment. She decided she'd stick with the Pokemon she had on her for now. Bringing the Flurry back to the main party she put Yakule on the side-lines. She couldn't afford to train two Pokemon with a weakness to Ice-type moves. Well for now that was. Hopefully sometime down the road she could find a berry or two that would defend against the Ice-type weakness. Whatever the case she was content with her Pokemon. Turning towards Ohm and the rest of the group, Ko motioned towards the lobby door. "Let's move it! We're wasting valuable time." Stomping forward she made her way towards the door. Kezia followed of course, though she kept her gaze shifting between the path ahead and the Lucario.

His aura sensing ability's could distinguish a person or pokemon regardless of how they appeared so for Kezia there was no hidding from his eyes. "My memory's are blurred but i recall your were there when the stone was removed." The pokemon said looking at his pawed hands a moment. He had expected a different appearance considering how he had looked as a Riole. "I can't recall who but being there is enough to earn my thanks." He continued. Ohmarow listening set a hand on the pokemons shoulder. He had been digging in his backpacks side pocked seeking to return the mega stone to him. "Wanna give it another go Zunoo?" Ohmarow asked holding out the tiny blue, brown and silver orb. Looking to the orb for a short while before picking it up instantly the Lucario begin glowing and as if his skin as shell it shattered revealing the Mega evolved Lucario. He stood at about same height as Kazie now. "We will see."
Ohmarow smiled now holding the Lucario's pokeball. He was about to return the pokemon when it turned to see the orb. "May i remain out master?" It asked. Taken aback by the request ohmarow stood a moment thinking before setting the orb back to his belt. "I suppose it can't hurt" Qungra abandoned ship to join the Lucario atop his shoulder.

Ajicka could hear the chatter before she even made it to the pokecenter-- some haunted house had popped up. She scoffed and rolled her eyes. Oh, hell no. She'd had enough of creepy mansions. As she entered, though, there was even more talk of it. Apparently they were in every region-- and you could go, and try and find items! There were challenges-- battling challenges. That caught her interest a bit more, and she glanced over to the two friends talking about it as she made her way to the counter. Still eavesdropping -- and not really bothering to hide it -- while Nurse Joy healed her pokemon. She tapped her fingers absently against the counter top.

Some part of her was adamantly against this, but the more she heard, the more she was considering it. Items, battling... and all these 'Haunted Houses' were in well known locations, in the middle of society. Well, mostly. The one in Hoenn was in Mt Pyre and she wasn't positive about the others, but... it didn't sound like they were trying to hide anything. Still, though, it could be a trap... But then again, she had Jas.
She lifted her head, smirking. There was still a heavy, shivering fear in her heart, now pushed to the back, but she ignored it, taking her pokeballs back with confidence. She would try it, she decided. But first, she needed to figure out what she was going to do with that Chimchar...

Stepping outside, she released the Chimchar, folding her arms over her chest as she looked down at him. "Alright, I healed you. You're free to go, if you want," she decided. She didn't really need another fire pokemon. Heck, she wasn't sure she wanted one. She wasn't going to leave a pokemon abandoned or anything, but she already had Fritz, she had Jas, she had several pokemon that could learn fire moves, like Bag-- Shelgon. She wasn't sure she had a pokemon with fighting moves, but she was pretty sure she could compensate for that... She just wasn't really looking for a Chimchar.
"Chim!" he declared, and promptly leaped up. Her eyes widened and she ducked down again, but this time, as he passed over her, he grabbed her shoulder, swinging around and landing on her back. He leaned over, grinning her from over her other shoulder, and she narrowed her eyes back at him. "... I guess not. Does that mean you're planning to stick around?" she asked, unenthusiastically. "Char! Chimchar!" he confirmed happily. She sighed. For a moment, he almost sounded like Jas, back when he was a little Charmander...
"Fine, alright," she relented, straightening up and reaching back for a pokeball, "But I'm about to be traveling, so you have to go back into your pokeball." She lifted the pokeball up, but he simply gave a happy cry in response, not even trying to flee. At least he was cooperative... for now. She returned him and put the pokeball back into her bag, reaching for Fearow's to release him. "We're going to Johto," she informed him, stepping over and hoisting herself up onto his back, "There's a Haunted House in Ecruteak, apparently. I want to circle around for a bit to get a good look at it before we land, though." Fearow gave a calm nod, but she could tell his feathers were still a little ruffled from the frustrating encounter back at the lake. Geeez, way to hold a grudge... She shook her head, and leaned forward, holding onto him before he quickly took off.
