Shizuka smiled as he introduced himself and when he mentioned he was a snow wolf-demon mix she was surprised. You do see those everyday. She withheld the urge to touch his ears, it would be rude to just go up and start touching them. So she just turned her attention back over to the different sections he was explaining to her, "My powers aren't really special... i'm just a human after all" she said. She thought about it, what did her parents call her kind? Dream wanders? Dream helpers? No, that didn't sound right. It took her a few minutes to finally remember it and she looked back over at him, "I'm what you'd call a Dream Walker" she said, nodding. She looked at him, she wondered if she knew what that meant. If he asked her about she'd happily explain it to him, but it wasn't like her power was grand or anything.

Asmaria jumped as she heard the soft voice from another being. She looked over and hid behind a tree. She hesitantly popped her head out from behind it and starred at the girl who had just suddenly arrived. She looked small, frail even, and she had glistening sliver hair. She was very beautiful, but Asmaria still wasn't open to her. She crouched down, her head still popped out looking at her from a distance. The flowers told her that she should go and talk to her, but she shook her head. What if she teased her like everyone else? She'd rather be alone and happy with the plants she'd already befriended.

Shizuka nodded, "well you're half right" she said, as they continued to walk. She played with her hands a bit and then looked up at him, "see, it's true that I can walk through dreams... but I can't control it and it happens whenever I fall asleep next to someone else" she explained. She sighed, this wasn't easy to explain, but she'd try her best. She looked down towards the floor, "see once i'm in a dream, I can't get out until the dreamer wakes up... If that dreamer happened to be injured in the dream or is having a nightmare I receive the damage in real life, so it's very dangerous for us to walk among others dreams. For example, if say you're dreaming about a tiger and that tiger bits your hand hard. You begin to bleed, well I feel that pain in real life and my body receives that damage as the dream goes on" she said. She looked back over to him, "After the dream's finally finished, I sort of go into a trance and paint the most dramatic scene that took place in the dream. Once the paintings done, I sort of go back to sleep and wake up a few minutes later... it's complicated I know" she said, shrugging. She hoped Roren was processing everything she told him.

Asmaria listened to the girl apologize and she seemed nice enough. She mentioned something about another boy with a power similar to hers and she found that interesting. As she introduced herself, Asmaria popped her head out a bit further and took in all the information. Shadows and what else? Asmaria wasn't one to ask questions, especially when she didn't know the person at all. She thought about what to say, if anything at all. Her gaze rose up towards the girls face and she took a deep breath, "Asmaria" she whispered very quietly. She never spoke to strangers, so this was a good start in the right direction. She took a small step to the side, revealing more of her body to Natalie. She just waited, looking the girl over. She wasn't sure what to do now, she'd never gotten this far into a conversation before with another person.

"I see," Roren said. It was a lot to take in, and it was fairly confusing though he understood the basics of it. Roren walked her over to the sport area and described the locations of the facilities before walking her back to the Dormitories. "Well, that's the main school grounds. On your time-table it gives you a room name, like NW11A literally means "North Wind, Room 11, Art". So once you know how to read the time-table it becomes effortless," he explained.♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦"It's nice to meet you, Asmaria," Natalie said, her hair moving softly with the wind blowing through the garden. |

Shizuka noticed that he didn't ask anymore questions and she was happy that he didn't. She nodded as he described each location to her and she made sure to make a mental note about each one. When they finally made it back to the dormitories he explained what the room name meant. She nodded and smiled, "that makes sense, hopefully now I won't get lost" she said, her hands behind her back. She was glad she met Roren, if she hadn't she'd be lost for sure. She hummed a bit and looked at him, "thanks again, for helping me I mean... I would have gotten lost for sure" she said.

Asmaria continued to look over the girl. She seemed to be friendly and if she really was going to attack her she would have done it already. So she took small steps and revealed her form to Natalie. She was cautious as she walked closer to her and she knelt down by the flowers. She started to speak with one and smiled as she nodded. She plucked the small delicate flower and walked over. She looked up at her and handed her the flower with her small hands, "they wanted you to have this" she whispered with her small voice. It was a way to show that she was willing to try and grow a friendship with this girl. She waited nervously, a bit on edge.

"Glad to have helped out a friend in need," Roren said, leading her back to the Dormitories and the Student Lounge. "There will be an assembly shortly to welcome new students and whatnot. It's going to be in the library, so make sure you don't miss it," he said, once they'd arrived at the Dorms. He walked over to some other students, Sayuri and Matthew, who waved at Shizuka.♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦ ♠♣♥♦"It's beautiful, thank you," she said quietly. She took the flower from Asmaria, gently, and placed the flower behind her ear. She gave a tiny smile to Asmaria before looking to the sun-dial in the garden. "There will be an assembly soon to welcome new students in the library. You don't have to go, but you should," Natalie said before bowing her head to Asmaria and leaving. |

She noticed the students give her a wave and she sheepishly waved back, trying to be nice. She then made her way to the library and took a seat as she waited.

Asmaria gave her a smile as she placed the flower in her hair. Her eyes wandered over to the sun-dial since thats were Natalie's eyes were. She then mentioned an assembly and she nodded, watching as she left the area. Asmaria then continued to talk to the plats and made her way over to the library.

Once the time was right, the school bell rang and the students walked into the library. Newer students were sat in a separate section, while others were nearby. The teachers talked about the layout of the schools, classes, extra-curricular classes, and weekend layouts. " Many students choose to take SCA, otherwise known as the Society of Creative Anachronism, as their weekend classes. To those who wish to do so, feel free to join either of the houses. To those who take SCA as a class and wish to do it on the weekends, you will be in the house you've been placed in," a teacher said before the students were free once again. |
