 Another year at Sapere High School; that's what it was like for most of the students returning to the school located in Northern Italy. Students flocked together to meet up after a month and a half of Christmas Vacation, while others walked straight to their usual Dorm rooms. There were a few new students, but all freshmen, and no other new students for other year levels. " Did you have a good Christmas vacation?" Matthew asked to Sayuri, who was sitting in the Student Lounge area connected to the Student Dorms. " I did, yourself?" she asked, smiling. He shrugged, not having any other answer. The Student Lounge had a TV, computers (with internet connection, for web-camming or late-night-studying), a small fire-place, and a fooseball table in one corner and a ping-pong/table tennis table in another. Many students walked through the Student Lounge to get to the Dorms. While there was another way into the Dorms, most students liked the short-cut. Sayuri and Matt watched the students walk through the Lounge, before continuing their conversation. |

Shizuka waited as he examined the paper, and gave him a small smile. She was quite nervous, but she was excited to actually be having some sort of conversation. She nodded, "ok, a tour sounds like a good idea" she said, as she started to follow him. She was almost at his side when someone else came out of their room and nearly knocked her over. She watched as he apologized and walked off to some other location. She just looked at him, "no problem..." she whispered, knowing he was probably to far away to hear her. She turned her attention back over to Roren and finally caught up to him, "I'm Shizuka by the way... I though it was probably a good time to tell you considering you're helping me out" she said, rubbing the back of her head lightly. She wasn't too good with introductions so she hoped he didn't mind her timidness.

Asmaria poked her head out as she looked around. There didn't seem to be any students out in the garden so she walked slowly around the flowers, smiling. It was rare to see her smile in public, usually she was to shy to show her true emotions. She knelt down, her head tilted to the side. Her eyes were closed and she softly started to hum to the flowers. She listened as they chimed in and she touched them ever so gently. She always was able to express herself better when she was talking with the plants around her. Humans just didn't understand her, at least that's what she thought. She was never fond of other humans, they always teased her. She wondered if this school could really help her. She sighed, but blushed lightly as the cool wind brushed her cheeks softly. She was happy that she was alone, she didn't know what she'd do if another human came along. She'd probably coward and hide somewhere.
