A Peaceful Eternity
Everyone had finished eating within 10 minutes, and they knew they had time to spare. They now had about 40 minutes left before class. Dana got up and brought smoothies with her from the drink stand. "In my family, it's a tradition to give new friends a drink. So, to friendship!" she said, after handing them all out to everyone. Everyone smiled, took a glass, and clinked their plastic cups together with a laugh.
