Thanks to awesome thread-goers, Hivestuck has occasional game nights, run by whatever dude is cool enough to organize and host it. We think those dudes are so cool, they get to be rewarded for their cool-ness. Also people who join in are cool too, so they get something as well.
Users can gain up to 2 ep in 30 days through this system. Any claims that go over this amount will not be counted.
Hosting 2 games will get you 1 event point.
To host, post on hivestuck's main gaia thread, that you will be running a game, along with a link to the site it is on, how to play, and approximately how long it will be up. You can also post in discord chat but the thread post is required, to make sure users not in discord chat can see it.
You are responsible for keeping the game running for however long you said it will be on for, helping people get in, keeping track of who was playing, and making sure in-game chat stays nice (remember we have underage users).
When the game is finished, post in this thread using the code below.

When you join a game be sure to use your gaian username, or clearly state who you are when you join so the host can keep track.
You are responsible for your own conduct in game, and behave as though you are still on a pg-13 site. How you act in game is considered part of how you act in shop, so keep in mind our general 'dont be a jerk' rules.
When you have participated in 5 games, to claim your ep, post the code below in this thread. When games are claimed, your name will be struck through on the corresponding host post.

People reported as popping into games and not participating/leaving immediately after just for ep, or who do not keep proper shop conduct in game will loose the ability to claim ep this way and potentially loose any currently amassed ep. The same goes for hosts who start games for unreasonably short amounts of time (30 mins etc) or fail to keep up with their responsibilities as host. Basically - the ep is a bonus, not the reason to play! If you don't want to worry about the pressure of how long you stay/host, don't use it to claim ep.
