Balder watched tryouts with a keen eye on who was doing what. He had to make certain that he was being fair, after all, and so far, he didn't see anything that was going to change his mind about placement for players. With that in mind, he proceeded to blow his whistle and gesture everyone down to the ground. "Okay everyone, great job! I'm going to go ahead and talk to Ivar, and then we'll get the team list up in a bit. In the meantime, go ahead, take a break, you definitely deserved it."

Balder stepped onto the field, ready to get his last year of being captain out of the way. He didn't think the team was doing badly, just that they needed improvement. And this being his last year, he was hoping to hand Ivar the reins to a good quidditch team that could win the cup. He had confidence in them all, they just needed to act on it. Setting up the pitch, he then turned and set the forms out for people to fill out and sat back to wait.

She wanted to make the team and play her favorite sport, and she honestly didn't care what position they gave her. Well, she didn't really want Beater because she'd probably get knocked out of the sky, and Keeper was really boring... but whatever. The girl skipped down to the quidditch pitch, festive yellow ribbons tying her pigtails back. The Captain (she assumed) had set out paperwork for them all to fill out, so Nani grabbed a form and wrote her information down. Once she'd finished, the girl returned it, then moved away a bit to do some nice yoga poses to stretch out. Charlie arrived at the pitch to try for the team again. While yes he wanted starting seeker he would still be fine remaining the reserve seeker. Being back up was still useful after all. “Hey Balder.” He said to the captain when he grabbed a form to fill out. He was glad he could check off he had Advanced Flying 1 and after this year he could claim Advanced Flying 2 and he would be better to boot. After filling it he returned it to Balder. He practiced as much as one could his mom had the idea to paint some ping pong balls the right gold and hide them around a clearing to help him practice finding the snitch. Unfortunately there was no safe way to practice catching them but hey he at least would be less rusty than he would have been. He did appreciate the effort his mom did to help though
