If one could peel back Goon's black cap to see his eyebrows, they'd be shown as furrowed from the sudden onslaught of rambunctious laughter. Should'a paid attention more ta Momma in skool, he thought, flexing his jaw. Pointing over at the deceased fisherman a few docks down, Goon waited for Frankie to speak. "Zomethin' took out those anglerz, and we'z don't know what," the small man replied to the first on-topic question, deftly avoiding the brutal honesty. "We're the Goon Szquad, ya hear?! If we'z can know what it takez to beat it down fer good, then we'z'll be able to take out the rezt, elsewherez." As for the remaining shinobi standing around, they were absolutely free to perk up an answer to Shousan's question about identity and situation, if they heard him.

"Since dey are under all dat blue goop, it might'a just choked dem ta death, but we can't get near da bodies ta check," Goon replied, indicating the transparent, blue substance coating the once-fishermen. The kid looked nervous, and out of sorts. "I can throw Frankie somewhere if'n ya want 'em." The small man chortled a laugh at the thought, before realizing that Goon was serious. "Uh, you zure, boss?" He looked up at him from under his floppy brown hat, but Goon's chiseled jaw refused to move. Shrugging his shoulders, Frankie readied himself if Shousan needed him.
