Knowe Hills Familiar Contest (CYO)

THERE'S A TWIST! After post editing closes, RNG will pick 3 lucky people. Not only will they receive a converted familiar, that familiar will get a cute little placement ribbon minor edit :3
Since a whole mess of new familiars have found their way to Telrunya and late summer/early fall is State Fair season, I thought it would be fun to do a 4H style competition CYO.
Please post only once in this thread and have all your necessary edits to your post completed before the closing date.

RULES
- Post ONCE in this thread with the form.
You may edit your post up until the date of closing.
You may post as many plushies as you want for conversion, but each person will only receive one. So if you have favorites, be sure to place them in the correct portion of the form.
You can color as many plushies as you want in any medium, including digital or traditional (paint, color pencils, crayons, etc.)
You are allowed to color for yourself
Please note that colorists are free to interpret your plushie in any way they choose.
Please post the image (rather than a url) of your plush below. If its large, spoiler it!
If any of these rules aren’t followed or whining, complaining, pushing, general ugliness, etc. is shown towards staff or others, staff has the right to revoke your participation.
We will update these rules as needed.
