He walked out of the plantation house and back into the cleared area that could be called a "street" outside. Things around here were oddly quiet, and that worried him as much as the pile of bodies. More so, they weren't really assist the overall battle in any meaningful way. He could hear the explosions of the artillery from where he was, and yet they were playing crime scene investigator on a farm. Cason let out a sigh at his involvement in it all. He was just following orders, best to leave the decision making to the higher ups lest he get reprimanded...again. He discorged his ulna, tapering it off to end in a sharp point, and knocked the bone arrow onto his bow. He wanted to be ready for any problems while he was pulling rear guard during the duration of Mizuki's investigations

~Current Theme Music~:Buoyant Boogie- Splatoon 2 All things considered after Mizuki gave Toso the go head to depart, he did so quite hastily. However, he did not entirely leave the premises, after all should something happen he was still under order to protect the medics. Toso opted to patrol the vicinity whilst also keeping watch for any potentially injured individuals within a reasonable distance from the plantation straying no further than perhaps half a mile in order to function is a quick response to a call for aid. While he was tempted to head to the fields of battle he would resist said temptation as no sign of difficulty seemed clear, certainly the sound of war were resonating what with explosions and the lot but no signs of distress were noticed or heard. By signs of distress he was referring to the signal flares. The lack thereof in the sky was a clear indication that their advance was yielding positive outcomes as oppose to a greater amount of negative ones.
Finally he would hear something via communications that produced something of a reaction. Mizuki's investigation yielded something that seemed odd to him. No doubt odd to the others as well. If the people in the plantation weren't killed by UHV then what killed them? Perhaps it was this 'robed' man. Of course this was trivial to the situation at hand. Playing detective wasn't on the agenda when war was going about. Mizuki then gave the clear that the group would move out and advance. Logical seeing as all that seemed to be here were corpses as oppose to individuals actually in need of treatment.
Toso would then in an inky Shunsin place himself where the group had converged likely ready to move out. "At your behest bloop." Implied that wherever the support group intended to go Toso would follow making sure with absolute certainty they would have his protection. Despite, whether or not they may need it. Better safe than sorry, as it seemed, at least as far as he knew, the rest of Kumogakure's nin were still fully capable. All in all how smoothly things were going was putting any anxiety if any he had to rest, well, until this battle was over. In short Toso's guard was lowered, whether that resulted in anything was left to the fates.
