Though it was difficult to spot, Zero did eventually find an egg hidden in the snowy landscape. It took a bit of looking, as the blazing white made it hard to even spot the pastel colors of the object, but in the end he snatched one up, hidden beneath the tall grass. That made twenty-five out of the fifty eggs, putting him at the halfway point when he left the cold mountain.

It gave a nod and placed itself in the very familiar mounting position. Misa grew accustomed to this as she climbed on its back. Its wings gave a few flaps before taking off into the air. Hopefully their next destination wouldn’t have such territorial creatures. Or maybe, it would have more friendlier battles for her Pokemon?

Or not. It was kind of hard to focus on his original plan when they were at the highest point in the Sinnoh region. This required a bit of attention on his part; he didn’t need either of his pokemon falling off the mountain nor getting lost for any reason. With a sigh, he left his things with the rider who was willing to remain in the area as opposed to flying off, following Bastien and Eevee as the pair headed along one of the narrower paths to search.
