In looking around, Adder's gaze briefly landed on Litten, left, then returned, looking at him thoughtfully. "Maybe I should give you a nickname..." he mused thoughtfully. Litten blinked, seeming to take a moment to realize he was being talked to, and looked up in surprise. He gave a stuttered, uncertain meow in response, with Adder seemed to take as permission-- which it... essentially was, even if it was caught-off-guard, uncertain permission. "How about... Pengyou?" he suggested, giving Litten an odd sort of aloof look from the corner of his eye, like he was intentionally trying to pretend he didn't really care. Litten blinked, quirking an eye and looking uncertainly up at his trainer, before meowing again in agreement. Was that right...? Adder seemed to just... nod, but.... gosh, it almost looked like he was relieved, even as he crossed his arms over his chest.

With the newly named Pengyou by one side and Lady by the other, Adder quickly made his way along the side of the street, trying to stay down with his hat shading his face. He honestly doubted Drey was still in the city, or was likely to approach him if he saw him, but he wasn't really the one he was concerned about. And Kaiya? She could be pretty much anywhere. It wasn't like it exactly took that long to get your starters, even if you were getting all three of them. And unless she was training... He stalled a bit as they approached the edge of the city. If she was training... she'd probably be on Route 1. Great. He'd just... have to move fast...

Upon entering through the boarders of the city, Florence took notice of someone heading in the direction he had been coming from. His head tilting to the side before he shrugged and continued following Snowdrop. The familiar surroundings feeling more at ease for the blind male as he took notice of familiar color patterns and odd blurry shapes. Snowdrop led the way through the city in the direction of the malasada shop. His one arm holding Blitzen against his chest while Chicky and Moonlight continued to perch themselves on his shoulders. Chicky let out a cute little call which made Florence giggle slightly as he reached up and touched the owl pokemon on the side of her head. He then rested his hand back infront of him as he used his walking stick to tell if there was any bumps or cracks in the road as they walked.
It wasn't long before they came to the malasada shop and Florence pushed open the front door after finding it. Snowdrop walking into the shop ahead of her trainer before they made their way to the front counter. Ordering their food He then headed for his favorite seat that was closest to the door and sat down while waiting for their malasada to be brought to them. Chicky climbed down from Florence's shoulder and onto the table as she started to check out the surroundings around them. Moonlight having come to rest on his lap while Blitzen sat on the table as well. Snowdrop taking her spot on the seat next to him. When the malasada came he was happy to hear that they divvied it up for him and his pokemon before he started to eat his own piece. His pokemon happily munching on their own slices of the big malasada they had ordered.

Sullivan strolled down the sidewalk and into the largest city in the Alola region, smile still on his face as he and his two pokemon maneuvered. It was a bright day and the streets were bustling with life, natives and tourists going this way and that to take in the sights, hit up the shops and just plan their next course of action to take advantage of the glorious day.
Something he intended to do as well, once their meeting had occurred. Which given the situation he needed to get a move on too. He was supposed to be meeting some of his family at the local malasada shop and hesitating much was probably going to earn him some scolding. Maybe. There wasn’t any specific period to be honest, but they probably expected him soon.
He took a breath and rolled his shoulders a bit, stopping though as Rowlet ruffled her feathers and chirped in surprise. He’d almost forgotten she was there. He made an apologetic gesture to her, rubbing the back of his head afterwards. She was so light it was hard for him to remember she was there. Patting her once more he took a gander down to Junpei. The hound was still at his heels, alert to their surroundings.
That was why he could count on Junpei; he was dedicated to his service requirements. Which was good because Sullivan would’ve been absently ignoring some of his surroundings at times. Soon the trio found their way towards the outside of the shop and immediately the blue-haired man started scanning the area for signs of anyone. He was certain his older brother was someone who was meeting him but he wasn’t entirely sure who else might’ve tagged along. His parents had work, which was probably why it wasn’t them meeting him but that was all right. He could handle them not seeing him off. It was honestly nice that anyone was doing so; he was sure it was some level of worry on their part but were doing a quality job of not showing it. Sullivan’s expression wavered a bit though as he did in fact begin to wonder where anyone was; he was fairly certain he was at the right shop…

Since he didn't have a moon stone to use on Reina, and he didn't plan to until the boys were evolved, then he'd let Destello be the first of the three. Almost right off the bat, Alejandro and Destello came across a Magnemite and Alejandro clicked his tongue in disappointment. On the plus side, Magnemite's Electric moves wouldn't do much damage to the Shinx, but that also meant Destello's wouldn't hurt Magnemite all that much either. It wasn't the best situation, but it was better than nothing."You're up, bud. Pooka, be sure to cheer us on, yeah?""Rock~!""Shi....""Be nice. She's part of the team now, so you're just going to have to deal with it."
That was a decent battle. Could have ended with worse results. All that mattered really was that Destello won and he didn't have to visit the Pokemon Center to get him treated."Nice going, Destello."Alejandro pulled out a potion and sprayed the little feline with with, smiling a bit at Destello's voiced appreciation."Can't fight properly if you're hurt. As Alejandro finished using a potion to quickly treat Destello, Pooka pawed at him to get his attention and he looked up to see an Abra. That was...a tough one to be happy about. Abra were notoriously known to teleport out of battles. But, they had to try."Thanks, girl. Ready, Destello?"
