Coronet was a centre piece of the region. The mountain range connected five cities of the region and was one of the most centralized areas in any region in terms of being a hub location. It was an impressive range that served as a very interesting cross roads for the region. Exploring the range would take days, and as much as he wanted to do that and take the time to enjoy the trip he wanted to find more powerful Pokemon to battle, his next destination would be Celestic Town, where he would find more information on the regions Legendary Pokemon.

According to Sinnoh legends the highest peak of Mt. Coronet was the starting point of the Sinnoh region. Where the regions god like Legendary pokemon created the world as it is known today. Once he gathered up more power he would be very interested in discovering the secrets of these legendaries but before any of that occurred he would need to gather up more powerful Pokemon.
Heading towards Celestic to garner a more powerful Pokemon to use on his team he wanted to make sure that he was more than capable of contending with whatever was thrown his way.

It was dark, very dark. The sun had already set and the trees seemed to bow in , blocking any hope of starlight or light from the moon. Something was off about it... Looking around, she could see nothing, not even the fire she had made, or the flame on Jas' tail. A moment of fear shot through her-- but she pushed it down.
Her hands balled into fists, and she set her gaze ahead, almost sensing something was there. She glared into the darkness-- then lurched back as white eyes snapped open, staring at her with small black pupils, before the creature from before suddenly rushed at her.
Ajicka gasped and woke up with a jolt, sitting up, her skin slightly damp from a cold sweat.

Catching her breath, Ajicka took a look around the camp site, noticing her pokemon resting, peacefully. She must have drifted off... but she was still so tired. So weirdly tired. She'd had plenty of sleep while she was knocked out! She didn't need more... Rubbing her head, she tried to decide whether it would be worth it to try and wake herself up, or if she should try and just go back to bed.
Her train of thought was derailed when Jas suddenly lifted his head, staring into the sky. Flashing back to her dream, a shot of adrenaline ran through Ajicka's body, and her head jerked up, following his gaze. She scrambled to her feet, staring up-- as the creature from before suddenly appeared out of the darkness, rushing at her like a bullet. Her mouth opened, and a scream surfaced at the back of her throat-- but never left her.
As the pokemon shot towards her, she passed out, and collapsed back onto her sleeping bag.

She was in the dark again, but this time Ajicka knew she was dreaming, and after recovering from the paralyzing moment of fear, she shook herself free, curled her hands into fists and glaring around. 'Do not try and attack me,' a voice spoke out beside her. She swung around, her hair flying behind her as she turned a glare onto the very same creature that had attacked her, that had been following her since Kanto.
"I wasn't goign to. Not before you tell me what the hell is going on," she snarled, her arms tensing up. In all honesty, she really did want to punch it, lash out, relieve this anger--- wait. She took a deep breath, forcing herself to calm down. No. She was better. She was... she'd been through that stupid therapy... stuff. She needed to control her temper, to stay calm. Just stay... calm... 'That won't work...'
She leaned back, eyes narrowed. "Are you a psychic type?" she asked, staring back at him, meeting his piercing gaze. She was fairly certain she knew the answer of that, she had suspected it for a while, and his comment there-- which she didn't really understand-- certainly seemed to support the idea. '.... Yes, I am. My name is Deoxys,' he replied, but his tone sounded weird. HIs voice was smooth, powerful-- it almost hurt her head to have it resounding in there, but he was speaking quietly, and it was almost calming, in a strange way. But the way he introduced himself, something was off. It was like a line he had been told to say, something he wasn't actually sure of.
"... So where are we?" she asked, shifting to look around. She wasn't letting this go, but she wanted to... shift the focus, and see if she could get more information out of him. Figure out what was going on, without directly confronting him. He didn't seem like he would likely be straightforward about anything....
Looking around, though, she felt something inside of her shake, and her face fell, her hands dropping to her side. She... This was the mansion. She could recognize its decayed, dark walls, the shadowed tables lumped with molding food. It was so dark, she could barely see past five feet from her, but what few shapes she could make, and the floor underneath her... She was positive: This was Raphiel's Mansion.

It felt like the moment of realization dragged on for minutes on end, but it was merely a short few seconds before the deoxys spoke up. 'You haven't recovered from here. I've sensed it lurking in your mind since the region you think of as 'Kanto',' he said, stirring her from her thoughts. She shifted, glaring over at him, a mix of emotions stirring inside of her. 'You think that the 'therapy' you uinderwent has cured you, but it has only repressed the memories. That's not a cure-- even your pokemon know this.'
Ajicka felt her anger beginning to boil up again, especially when he mentioned her pokemon. It didn't fully register, but some part of her caught onto what that meant-- that he had been in their minds as well. 'Your pokemon are concerned for you-- they know not everything was fixed.' That actually made her stop, and stare at him, a strange expression on her face. Did they really? She could understand if Metagross and Elle did... That is, if what he said was even true. She had been substantially better since the therapy, but... she had to admit... if she thought about what had happened, she tended to get a little... hazey. It wasn't the kind of 'coming to terms with' resolution one would actually expect with true recovery.
And if they did know about it... that would explain why Jas was always so worried. She thought he was just being clingy, mothering. Over reacting from what had happened, but if Metagross or Elle told him, or he just picked up on it on his own... But how could he? She hadn't even noticed it...
She shook her head, glaring at the pokemon before her. "Or you're lying to preoccupy me while you do something to them!" she accused, gritting her teeth. He stared mildly back at her, not even flinching, floating above the floor with his eyes boring into her. 'Even you don't believe that. If I were fighting them, there's no way I could maintain such an illusion. Furthermore, you saw me-- you know I could not fight all your pokemon,' he pointed out. She stared at him, considering that. She knew he couldn't bring Jas down, that was true-- she might not have been able to get a very good look at him, but she had he utmost confidence in her starter pokemon. Still though... physical strength was different than psychic prowess. She had to admit it wasn't likely he could mind control them all, though....
Still, she kept her guard up, watching him warily, and then looking around. "So what," she drawled, straightening up a bit with a sneer, "you brought me here to face my demons?" Deoxys stared back at her, silent for a moment, and she could almost feel him searching her mind. She faulted, shifting back slightly, her head bowed as she stared back at him. Refusing to break eye contact.... but there was something so knowing in his stare; she felt like she couldn't argue.

Jas gave a low rumbling, mournful whine as he paced around Ajicka's unconscious body. The foreign pokemon hovered near her, staring down at her, psychic energy glowing around his body, and faintly illuminating hers against the dark. The fire had died down, but he'd been keeping it going, Metagross adding fire wood as he kept the fire lit. They all watched anxiously, connected through a faint telepathic link. Metagross was engulfed in the illusion their trainer was under going, but he relayed the gist to everyone else, keeping their nerves anxious, but not high strung.
They knew what was going on, and though they worried for their trainer, they weren't about to lunge forward and attack the pokemon helping her.
The wait was long, and Jolteon soon fell asleep. Even Jas laid down, barely awake, but Nidoking appeared conscious, standing against one of the trees, his eyes closed, but his ears twitching to sounds in the distance. Metagross never even blinked, his own psychic energy rippling around them, eyes locked onto his trainer. Occasionally, some of the other pokemon popped out of their pokeballs, anxiously checking in on the situation, but would soon return themselves, tired and worried over their trainer.
It wasn't until late-- or perhaps early-- that Ajicka stirred. She shifted, Jas' head jerking up in response. He pushed himself up and lumbered over, looking worriedly down at her as she shifted, then opened her eyes. She stared over at Deoxys, recognizing him, her gaze tired, wary.... but resigned. "Don'... go anywhere..." she mumbled, before rolling into her sleeping back, curling up, and going back to sleep. Jas spoke softly, then laid down, curling himself around his trainer, looking up at Deoxys. The pokemon met his gaze, staring back with those piercing eyes, then turned, and flew over to land near Metagross, sitting down, and closing his eyes. The other psychic finally settled in as well, his eyes closing, and Jas relaxed, curling his head in towards Ajicka, and falling asleep.

The sun was up much longer than usual before Ajicka woke up. She stirred, shifting her upper body and grimacing as she found her right arm partially stuck. It was a bit more difficult than normal to open her eyes, but when she did she saw that Jas' head laid along her arm, not on top of it, but keeping it locked into position at a slight angle. She smiled, though, turning her hand, and lightly patting his cheek to wake him up. "Chaa..." A complaining sigh left him, one of the few times it resembled his name, and he opened his eyes, maw stretching wide in a yawn that brought a tear to his eye. She sat up, rubbing her head a bit, but her expression fell when she noticed the psychic pokemon beside her Metagross. As if woken by her stare alone, it lifted its head, staring back at her.
She paused a moment but then stood up, ready to get breakfast, and prepare for the day. "Are you traveling with us?" she asked him, stepping off her sleeping bag. Jas gave a confused sound as he pushed himself up, looking between her and the pokemon. Deoxys floated up, his legs uncrossing as he moved to hover above the ground. 'If you don't mind... I'd like to,' he replied, his voice as careful and soothing as ever. She stared at him, then pulled out a pokeball. "I'll have to catch you," she told him, holding it up. He seemed to shift in the air slightly, staring at the ball, then bowed his head in acceptance.
She tossed it up, caught it, then lightly lobbed it over to him. It didn't even make contact before his eyes closed, and the ball snapped open, absorbing him inside. It landed on the ground, twitching three times, before laying still. Putting away her sleeping bag, Ajicka walked over, picking it up and giving it a long look. She'd spent... well, she wasn't really sure how much time she had spent with him in her head last night. She could feel him leave, after she woke up, and an odd... shielded sensation sweep over her, guarding her from his return, just in case. She suspected it was Metagross, though he still seemed sound asleep. She wasn't sure, but she felt... different after her discussion with Deoxys. It was hard to describe.... She tucked the pokeball away, deciding to release him with the others once it was time for food, and woke her pokemon to help her put things away. Jas put out the fire, Metagross made sure things were cleaned up. Nidoking was returned to his pokeball, and once they were ready to go, she started walking, looking for some sort of riverbed where she could get some water, and let her pokemon back out.
She really needed to start training, but she wasn't quite as... driven as before. Her mind was still in a bit of a haze...

Moving along the base of the mountain, Ajicka was finally able to find a river, trees crowding in close, but leaving at least a little room where she could release her pokemon. She unleashed Swampert into the water, and, playfully, Jas as well, the fire-flying catching himself just before he touched the water with a surprised roar, his wings quickly flapping and pulling him back up. He complained at her as he landed, a small smile on her face as she released Arrow into the sky, and Jolteon onto the ground, the electric type shaking herself, and then darting off to run into the trees and exercise. Partially out of concern for her, and partially to just continue the trend, she then released Metagross, and, with a wary glance up, Deoxys, who appeared right in her line of vision, staring at her, and then giving a nod before flying off. She blinked, watching him... Had he read her thoughts?
She shook her head, trying not to think about it, and released Nidoking as well, who... was hilariously still sound asleep. He was so large, it was actually a bit comical to watch him snoozing away so soundly, curled up like he was still a little Nidoran. She couldn't believe how big and strong he'd got since then, when his little nose would twitch and he'd stare up at her with those ambiguous eyes. She shook her head, releasing Fearow as well, and then Bagon. She looked down at the remaining pokeball, guilt welling up inside, but then snapped it open, loosing the Kirlia inside.
She looked at Elle, her expression forcibly serious, stoic. She didn't even get a chance to apologize, however. 'It's okay Ajicka~~' Her voice sang in her head, and the kirlia smiled at her, practically floating forward, and wrapping her arms around the girl's legs, 'I know~! I'm just happy you can look at me again!' Ajicka wasn't even sure how to respond, but all the hardened resolve melted away. She was at a loss, and looked up at Jas, as if for guidance, but he just froze with wide eyes, and then gave a shrug. She'd never... she'd never asked him what to do before!
She looked back down then, gently placing a hand on Elle's head, and letting herself relax, looking guiltily off to the side, unable to even... think of what to say. 'Don't feel bad!' Elle chimed up, happily, smiling up at her. Her voice was so soft, and airy. Ajicka had completely forgotten what it sounded like-- she just remembered how chipper she always seemed. But it seemed different now, lighter, almost more distant, like she was speaking from far away. 'I still want to be your pokemon!' But apparently, she could still read her mind. Or she just knew her well enough. Ajicka looked down, then smiled, and this time when she looked away, it was more out of amusement, than shame.
".... Thanks Elle," she said, gently loosening her hold on the pokemon. The kirlia smiled, and giggled, then pulled away, the food psychically lifting up and distributing itself to the pokemon as she danced away. She seemed to have gotten... stronger, while she was away. She almost seemed to ahve matured, too. And why not? She'd been through so much... Ajicka smiled, sitting down and closing her eyes. Her mind drifted back to the Halloween Event, and she flinched, briefly, but instead of anger, or panic, she felt a gentle sadness... and a soft acceptance.

Ajicka's eyes snapped open as she heard a familiar yip in the forest. "Jooool-teon!" Ajicka leaped up, her eyes locking onto a shock of light flickering between the trees. Was Jolteon attacking Deoxys? She knew-- 'Ajicka!' The girl was off before she even realized she was moving. In fact, she was surprised how quickly she responded, but perhaps she had started running before Deoxys' voice even entered her head. "Jas!" she shouted back, gesturing for the other pokemon to remain. It wouldn't do well for them to all go thrashing through the forest.
Hearing her starter give a ready roar, she quickly disappeared under the trees, as Nidoking, Swampert, and Arrow crowded near the lower level pokemon. Fearow stared after them, with Bagon growling anxiously, shifting his weight, clearly unhappy about being left behind. Elle, however, seemed distracted.
Ajicka ran through the forest, towards where she had seen the electricity, a now silent presence guiding her in her mind. She stopped when she saw a trainer with rubber gloves trying to wrestle Jolteon to the ground, grimacing against the sparks she was sending up at him, and her gnashing teeth. "Let her go if you don't want to lose your <******** face," she snarled, striding forward with a near murderous look on her face. Deoxys was floating nearby, and she gave him a sharp, quizzical look, clearly wondering why he wasn't doing anything to help. His gaze slid to the side-- and she noticed a houndoom, radiating with dark energy. Blocking his psychic abilities? He still could have used... Oh. Well, she supposed she didn't actually know his moveset.
Gritting her teeth, she turned her attention back to the trainer, who had let go of Jolteon, and straightened up to sneer back at her. "Yew eet's trainah?" the man drawled, and she grimaced, stepping protectively forward as Jolteon bound over to stand at her heel, growling at the man, electricity leaping and sparking around her. Ajicka narrowed her eyes, Jas landing heavily beside her, roaring with flames licking at the corners of his mouth. He looked intimidating as hell, but the man didn't even flinch.
Instead, he grinned. "Eh yeh? Fah typeh eh? 'Ow bou' wa'r for yeh!" he laughed, tossing up a pokeball. A blastoise landed heavily before him, canons ready, glaring back at them. "Speak English, for Arceus sake," she sneered back, lifting her head as Jas stepped forward, undeterred by his opposite.

Ajcika crossed her arms over her chest as the Blastoise fell after a single hit. "How's that 'wa'r' for ya, hm?" she remarked, smirking back at him. He grimaced, returning his pokemon. She glanced over her shoulder as Metagross appeared at her side, having floated over the trees to land beside her, glowering at the opponent. She glanced at him, then looked over at the opponent, letting Jas flap his wings to soar backwards as Metagross stepped forward. The psychci-steel pokemon was her second strongest pokemon, but if he wanted to batle, she would let him, especially since he and Jas would likely have to stand back and wait as she trained up he rother pokemon.
The opponent sent out several more lower level pokemon, which Metagross easily took care of. "You obviously force evolved that Blastoise of yours," she drawled, "And your other pokemon are weak as hell. What do you think you're doing, trying to take on stronger pokemon?" The man grimaced, but simply reached back for his next pokemon.

As Metagross yawned and settled in to fall asleep, and the man prepared for his next pokemon, Ajicka returned the psychic-steel and let Jas step forward to take on the next opponent. A Natu, which Jas quickly took out, along with his beldum that followed up. "That all?" she drawled, sneering. He glared at her, returning his pokemon and storming off. She rolled her eyes, shaking her head, and moving over to Metagross. "Can you wake him?" she asked, raising her gaze to Deoxys, who hovered nearby. 'I'll try. You should return to the other pokemon,' he adviced. She nodded, turning and heading back towards the main grounds with Jas taking off into the air, and Jolteon by her heel.

Running a hand back through her hair, Ajicka began making her way back towards her pokemon, glancing down at Jolteon. The electric type was glaring down at the ground, walking beside her, but she couldn't tell where the anger was directed. She glanced off to the side, frowning at herself. She'd managed to get there, but... She had still let someone get their hands on Jolteon. She wasn't sure whether to feel bad or not. She had the utmost faith in her pokemon's ability to defend herself, but... still. That man had been prepared. What if he'd actually been able to get her...?
'She's not mad at you, Ajicka. She's mad at herself,' Elle's voice floated into her mind. She straightened up, flinching inwardly at first, but relaxing. It... it would take some getting used to, hearing her voice. She was still recovering over the immediate association she had between Elle and all that had happened, but... she was getting over it. It would just take a little time...
In the meantime, she simply acknowledged the information, looking down at Jolteon, and then straight ahead. She didn't know what to say to make her pokemon feel better, or to pull her out of it. She was glad she wasn't to blame, but... She had the utmost confidence in Jolteon. She just didn't know hot to tell her that....

Ajicka silently trooped to where her pokemon were, Jolteon walking beside her, still brooding. She sighed softly, looking up as her pokemon dispersed at spotting her. 'You should train with her,' Elle spoke up, dancing over and looking up at her, as Jolteon slinked off. 'I plan to,' she replied, frowning as she looked down at the psychic pokemon. 'I mean just her,' she said, tilting her head to the side, 'Just the two of you.'[//i]
Ajicka looked down, then glanced over at Jolteon. She paused, then gave a short nod, walking past the psychic type. Once Deoxys and Metagross joined them... maybe she'd do some one on one training with Jolteon...

It took some time, but Deoxys and Metagross returned a little later, the later giving a metallic click clang as he settled in. 'He said he was sorry falling asleep like that, and taking so long to wake up,' Deoxys translated, lowering himself down next to the other pokemon. 'It's fine,' she replied, standing as they arrived, not even really registering the remark, or her reflexive, internal response. Nor did she fully recognize the innate knowledge she had of that, before Deoxys spoke.
"I'm going to go train for a bit," she continued, placing a hand in her pocket, "I'll let you guys back out when we find another place to settle down and eat." She looked at Metagross, giving a nod, and the pokeballs lifted into the air, returning her pokemon, with him returning himself last, the pokeballs collecting into her backpack as they dropped down. She snatched up her bag, but smiled as she noticed that Jolteon was still out. Deoxys, as well, had been left out of his pokeball, but took off into the sky, leaving her and the electric pokemon.
"Come on Jolteon," she said, nodding her head for the electric pokemon to follow. Jolteon got up, shaking herself and trotting to catch up and move ahead before slowing to a walk, still looking at the ground.
