Shaking his head at his brother, Himeros returned to his bar duties. At least Pothos was doing something...he'd have to try later to get him to venture out more. He understood some of the trauma that the poor guy had been through...but hiding away from everything and refusing to live wasn't the answer. He couldn't continue to be afraid of every Pae, even if he wasn't as social as Himeros. That was definitely no way to live.
His big brother would just have to help him out.
Whether he liked it or not.
Speaking of tawny beauties... Himeros grinned at his new arrival, a brown and red feline femme fatale from the look of her. She had a very exotic air about her. He liked it. Unfazed by her three-eyed stare, he smoothly crossed to speak to her instead of shouting at a distance. "Something creamy, eh?" He seemed to ponder this, as well as the woman in front of him for a moment, then winked. "Give me a second; I might have something you'll like."
As he moved to start mixing, another voice called for his attention. "Any recommendations?" he echoed with a chuckle. "I've got quite a few. Depends on what your tastes are, gorgeous? You looking for something sweet and fruity? Sweet like dessert? Or maybe something tart instead? Crisp and clean, with a light burn? What's your palette calling for on this fine day?"
As he spoke, he worked on combining coffee and chocolate liquors, some creme de cacao (he'd found some after all...whoever had organized these bottles had no idea what they had been doing clearly), heavy cream, and then for good measure, a scoop of ice cream from the freezer compartment built into the back of the bar. A quick blend and Himeros moved to slide the drink in front of Bastet with a grin. "Give that a try, sweetheart. If it's not to your liking, let me know and I'll see what else I can come up with."
A male voice caught his attention and he turned, catching himself before he made any sort of odd expression. He had a right pirate leaning on his bar...asking for grog? He wondered if this one missed that the theme was "Love Boat" and not "Pirate Cruise", but ah well, points for enthusiasm. These mortals sure were funny, but he couldn't fault anyone for trying to get into the spirit and dress up. It was all in fun, right?
Grinning and getting into the spirit, Himeros answered, "Hoy, captain! No grog, but maybe this'll help slake that thirst!" Pouring a double shot of rum, he then slid the glass towards the 'captain'. Heh, these mortals...he never tired of them.

See? Easy enough solution. We share the bed." She smiled, glad to have thought of it. The implications didn't hit her until a moment later. A full blush covered her face, effectively turning her a shade of crimson a tomato would be jealous of. She was sharing a bed. With Baliel. Oh Venus what was she getting herself into?!
Um... Pie time?" She fidgeted, trying not to think about what the few nights they'd be sleeping in the same bade would entail. What if she kicked him while they were asleep? Or worse yet, what if she snored so loud it woke him up and he didn't want to see her anymore after that?! Yeah, time to focus on pies. And soap.
Junior grinned, surfacing as Nereus returned to her natural form. He loved watching the process when he could, she always managed to make it seem so elegant and graceful. Junior was pretty sure when he changed he looked like exactly what he was. A demon turning into a bear.
"I was going for rugged." He laughed, pushing the sunglasses off his head like he promised. Guardians bless him, he was a lucky man. "I think you look better with your hair wet than I do. Pretty sure I look like a drowned rat." He was still grinning, having heard the tails of himself coming out of the water a few times. "Are you thirsty Nereus?" Junior questioned. They were on a trip, why not make the most of it?

Day 1 Summary The pair continue onward to procure drinks from the bar, with Koit taking a strawberry pom mojito and Niday preferring a scotch on the rocks. Their conversation began of simple and lighthearted musings of the constellations, the numerous stars that depicted them, and the stories behind them. After a few two drinks, these conversations changed to musings of the universe and the role, however insignificant, they each had to play in it. Such thoughts were spoken predominately by Niday, and while Koit did interject his own opinions on occasion, he was content to just listen to the fey's profound insight. This drinking and conversing continued on for some hours before the pair, thoroughly intoxicated, somehow made it back to her room. Some shenanigans may have occurred on the way, but nothing the two would likely remember (although some cherubs may never forget). They fell asleep together in the bed, with Niday sprawled rather exorbitantly across the bulk of it with Koit at her feet, his tail draping off the side and onto the floor. Bastet gave a delightful little smile for the bartender, not knowing anything about who he was. She was sure he was just being smooth because that was his job, but there seemed to be something about him. She watched as he made her drink, only mildly listening as he spoke to one of the other pae at the bar.
She looked at the drink that was placed in front of her, it looked beautiful and she hoped it tasted as good as it looked. As Bastet took her first sip, her attention was drawn to the pirate who had just arrived. One might consider Bastet to be exotic, but to her the several pae that surrounded her at the bar were exotic. She watched him as she contemplated her drink, it was definitely creamy as she had asked, but there was also a flavor she was unfamiliar with in it. Bastet took another sip, focusing on this unfamiliar flavor, unsure of whether or not she liked the taste. She grinned now, "This is delicious." she drank from the glass greedily, the brain freeze and alcohol wouldn't be felt until later.

One of the little pink chubby things had showed her to her room. It wasn't large, but Nyra was mildly pleased nonetheless. It was hers. And it had some nice, soft things in it that would be pleasant for nesting in and sleeping. She hadn't been pleased when the noise box had gone off, prompting a startled screech from the owlish harpy. She'd proceeded to snap at the device for some time afterwards, shooting it scathing glares as she continued taking stock of her room.
She eventually came across a piece of paper with all kinds of scribble scratches all over it. Unable to read the itinerary, she turned it this way and that before giving up and throwing it over her shoulder. Useless scribbles. She'd just go out and find whatever she wanted.
Which right now, food was sounding like a good idea. Then, she could resume her search for her boys. She had remembered some of Kane's stories about one of these big boats. There was all kinds of food for free. She didn't want to become lazy, but for a couple of days...she wouldn't argue against it. A couple days of being spoiled sounded nice. Especially with this being a break for her to have some quiet time to herself. Talla was coming along nicely, but she still needed things from her mom from time to time. And the other one... Well, efforts to dump her off on the village had thus far failed, since she kept finding her way back to the nest.
For now though, they had both been left with Takeko, leaving Nyra free for her 'break'. She hadn't mentioned the boys. She could protect them by herself. They were hers after all and she wouldn't let anyone else mess with them.
With a final stretch, she headed back into the hall, peeking out and looking either way before settling on a direction. There had to be food around here somewhere...

Azure's eyebrows raised as Adonis spoke of this being good for a couple's bonding. He had to hope so, normally he wouldn't have been worried about their bond, but things felt a little off at the moment. He had been a little bit disappointed that they weren't too late. Now he really had to do this, whatever this was, but it was more being in the same room as this macho male that Dyas had pointed out that was bothering him.
Azure's eyes grew wide as Adonis began the instruction, letting go of Dyas hand so that they could attempt to do this thing. Was he really supposed to get in that position? Not that he couldn't, since Adonis was introducing a simpler pose first, it just looked so uncomfortable. Azure took a deep breath and attempted this so called 'half moon'. This guy spoke an awful lot about relaxation, but Azure was finding it impossible to relax with his butt up in the air like this, especially around other pae. He tried to focus on his breathing but it didn't help. Azure side-glanced at Dyas to see how she was doing.

A quick look at Dominique revealed she was just as red faced as he, only she didn't have the convenient crimson coloring that he did. The angel cleared his throat. "Uh, yeah. Pies. Lets go get those pies!" With that he took her by the hand and started marching out of the room. Out of the one bed room.
He'd think about that later, when they had to go back in to sleep. They could totally play it cool though. Just two friends, sharing a bed. What could go wrong with that?
Her emerald hair fanned out around her like a shroud as she bobbed in the water, enjoying the feeling of being in her natural element. "Oh! Oh yes, very manly and becoming." She laughed softly while slowly wading over to him to wrap her arms around the yellow demon. "A very handsome, manly and becoming drowned rat." And now she could look into his eyes with no barriers. She liked the way they sparkled. "Thirsty?" It clicked that he meant in terms of alcohol, she had heard of the phrase before. But she had never ingested it before herself. "...Sure. Why not. Our girls aren't around." They could be a little crazy today. Her smile turned into a grin.

It looked simple, but boy was it not simple. Bending down, her fanny up in the air, she concentrated hard on contouring her body to how she was shown. If she did this every day, would she be all muscley like the God? That was an awful thought. A really beefed out Dyas was not her idea of attractive.
She glanced over to try to see her husband, wondering if he was fairing better than her.
Oh my guardians. Look at that tushy! She bit down on her lip to try and stop a smile. But at that instant, Azure started looking back! Found out.
But he must be seeing her butt straight up in the air like his. So since that would be on the attention...she gave it a little wiggle.
Wiggle jiggle the butt.

With her blessing, he gently guided them to a rail without anyone in the nearby vicinity, as it looked like most pae cleared out to the pool, bar or Yoga.
And boy was the view worth it. The orange glow of the sunset reflected back in the shimmering waters, which lazily breezed by as they sailed along. "Wow...this...this is quite special." The fae glanced over to the beautiful goddess, who seemed to radiate even more in the soft light. "I'm glad I get to spend it with you."
When he started to smile, she started to grin. So she continued wiggling all the more. But when he started laughing, she couldn't hold it anymore. The female crumpled into a fit of giggles, only of course her giggles had no down but for the wishing of air. But she looked it all the same as she curled on the ground, clutching her sides. Certainly they were getting all the looks now, but that only served to make her laugh harder. How could this be tranquil and serene, when their poses were simply too ridiculous?!

Thulani smiled warmly to the goddess who greeted them afterwards, his eyes following her introduction of herself and her two daughters; how lovely they all were. Waving to each of them, he followed their introductions. "Howdy Miss Aglaia and Misses Aliza and Zuleika. M'name's Thulani." His pronunciation of their names may have been a bit off, but hopefully nothing so bad as to offend any of them. "Wur havin' a great time so'far; thanks fur askin'." Before they moved back, he noticed another come in and gave her a smile before following the goddess to the back. From Aquarious's expression, he was certain this had been the perfect choice of activities to partake in.
He glanced to his companion as she spoke before looking back, nodding in agreement and not missing a beat at the peculiar appearance of the cherubs before them. "'ello Olga 'n Bob. Hope y'all're havin' a nice day tuhday. Where do ya want us?"

Nicky tried not to squeak, stuck in a hard freeze. One bed. One bed to share with Baliel. It wasn't a big deal right? It's not like she liked him or anything riight? She lied to herself, trying to remind herself it really wasn't a big deal. Friends shared beds all the time. It didn't have to be like her parents sharing a bed, or a room, or any of that. And he dragged her off for pies!
"Did we find out where the kitchen was?" Nicky finally snapped out of it. They needed to get their hands on those pies soon, while the ship was still super busy! Less likely for the pink blobs to notice a few missing tubs of soap and whatever pies they were able to find. Maybe they could sneak a nice apple one for themselves to enjoy? Anything to not think about their sleeping arrangements.
The yellow guy reached out, twisting a finger into her shroud of hair. How had he gotten this lucky again? Sheer luck if he recalled it correctly. "Only if I can be your handsome, manly, and becoming drowned rat." He chuckled, unlooping her hair from his finger to hold her close. A smile had to be plastered to his face, there was no way he could be enjoying anything this much without one. Icy blue eyes were fixed on the silver and green goddess in his arms. He'd almost entirely forgotten about the offer to get drinks when she agreed to them. Looking at her without a dark tint to the world brought on a whole nother aspect of beauty. "Fruity or strong?" He'd never tried any of the fancy drinks himself, and had rarely the occasion to think about drinking. Usually it was at these parties that he even considered taking part in alcohol. Junior would probably order something... well manly looking.

Sweetie shook her head. "Drinks are good." She smiled, grabbing his hand. She needed to stop being so chicken. He was trying so hard to comfort her. It wasn't fair to him for her to be so jumpy. "Lets go deeper into the water?" the fauny suggested, looking up to him. Maybe, just maybe, going into the deeper parts of the pool would help her along with whatever was making her freak out so much? This boat wasn't going to crash and send them flying into the middle of nowhere again. She was just being a nervous filly. A nervous filly trying to avoid getting sea sick.
Caine smiled, happy to see his new friend smile too. That's what friends were all about right? Good feels and lots and lots of smiles! "Th-thank you o.o" He blushed, realizing she'd complimented his name. Guardians, she looked pretty with that blush!
The clawed shetani had to shake himself out of it, smiling from ear to ear as she asked about him. So many questions, did he know all the answers? "Hmmm... I'll answer those if you tell me..." He tapped his free claw on his chin in thought, "What's your favorite color, the best time of day, and how you get your hair to be so pretty." He bartered, truly wanting to know the answer to all of those.
