He was eating and looked up to see her starting to stand up. reaching over and grabbing her arm. Slowly shacking his head he telling her not to do anything and then pointed over to Simhanada. The old lion might be injured and tired but it was clear that no matter what he still had his stubbornness and pride. After letting out a small growl he moved his left arm around a bit to get used to having to use it. Then he started to eat his food normally while using his left hand. " I did not get my stubbornness for my father. I got it from him. And I know that you what to help and care for him but remember that he is still a warrior. He won't let something as small as a fork bring him down. With or without his right arm he will still continue on with his life as normal.", he whispered to her so Simhanada couldn't hear them.

She felt his hand on her arm and looked at her husband. Though she saw Simhanada finally managing the fork. Before she looked back at Othniel and moved her other hand to his one on her arm. After she sat back down, she patted it. But he'd be able to tell the expression was one where she'd be bossy later. Like when he was bedridden after the battle and confronted her. Now she started to eat and drink quietly. Eventually she ate her fill and excused herself.

Followed by Jade coming in and asking Simhanada when he was done. To go to the room he was assigned for Lakshmi to tend to his wrappings. Yet they'd be able to smell a new batch of special tea being made. As she was done making the medicine, she was humming a random song. Well waiting on Simhanada to get his hide into the room.

Othniel rolled his eyes at the look she was giving him. Not looking forward to how she was going to be later but knew that it was to late to do anything now. The two male lions were still eating when she excused herself from the dinning table. When Simhanada was finished he then went to the room he as told to head to so he could have his wound looked after. Now that they had a bit of time she would be able to see that the wound looked like it was actually burned closed.

She saw that the wound was burn closed. Now she put a mix of herbs on his wound. As she was working on his wounds, she started to hum. Once she was done she moved the tea in front of him. Of course she started to pour the tea for him. "How'd it get burned?", she asked him. Of course she was wiping her hands on the towel that Jade had given her.

Simhanada was just sitting there letting her tend to his wound. But when she asked about how it got burned he looked to it then smiled. " Well I had to do something to stop the bleeding. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make it all the way here from were I was.", he stated as if it was nothing. Meaning that he had used fire to close his own wound so he didn't bleed out.

She looked at him and nodded hearing this. Before she hugged him and started to rub his back. "Drink the tea and please rest up.", she said in a gentle voice. Only to to kiss his forehead and pull back before smiling at him. The smile was a small gentle one, yet he'd see the look of a stubborn woman. Like she did not want to hear 'No' from her rather loose orders.

He smiled and nodded his head after the hug. " Alright. Thank you again for your care.", he said as he moved his left hand over to rub his right shoulder. Reaching over he picked up the cup and sipped a bit of tea from it. Now his eye lids started to get heavy and his face showed how tired he was.

Thankfully she tended to him when he was on the bed. Of course she stayed near him to take the cup; so he wouldn't drop it. "Sleep well, Papa Simhanada.", she said whenever he 'sent' her away.

Knowing that he wouldn't be able to stay awake much longer he went to lay down when she took the cup from him. He smiled when she started to leave. To tired to speak he was just laying down on the bed as she left the room. Looking around his current room he thought of what might have happened if he hadn't change who he was for the better. As he fell asleep there was a smile on his face and a tear of happiness going down his cheek.

She had her herbs in the bag when she left his room. So she thought her ears were playing tricks on her, when he tried to speak. Now she remembered she'd have to get her herbs refilled. Of course she put her bag up, and started to rub her belly. Yet, she gone to find Othniel wondering if she could ask if they could put at least a guard or maid near Simhanada's door. For just in case reasons, or if he needed to call for a drink or food.

Othniel had been in his study looking over a few papers that had showed up. Looking for the Kings response to her letter but couldn't find it. But at least all the papers he had currently on his desk weren't ones that he need to do and have sent out. " Must be a lot of things going on at the Capital if he hasn't sent anything back.", he thought to himself as he sighed. Knowing that if the King didn't send anything back she might just drag him to the Capital and get so answers from the King.

She did her one knock on his study door. Before she walked in and looked at him. "Sweetie, should we have a guard or maid at his door?", she asked him, before going to his side. Of course she leaned down and kissed his cheek. Like normal her hand gone to his back.

He smiled at her when she came into the room. " Yeah we can do that. I know you would be able to rest easier knowing that there was some one near him tonight.And I need you to know that there has been no word from the King.", he told her. Knowing that she would ask it he figured it be best to tell her it now.

She smiled hearing that they could keep someone at his door. Though she frowned hearing the lack of response from the King. Of course she moved to sit on his leg and put her head on his forehead. "And any reply to the midwife letter?", she asked him. As she knew that it was sent the day before or so.

He sighed and shook his head. " Again no. At let not that I have seen. It must be pretty busy at the Capital for nothing getting sent back. Though maybe tomorrow we might get something back. We just have to be a little patient okay?", he asked as he nuzzle his head against hers. Not wanting her to start freaking out after only a few days of not getting anything back from the King.
